Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Exams are quick, easy, and painless, and frames come quickly with no issues. They fit very comfortable while being stylish and affordable. A staff member walked a family of 5 through the processes, ensuring they knew exactly what they needed and didn’t need, and helped a son read insurance. The experience was amazing, and customers say they will definitely come back. Staff are quick, efficient, sweet, and make the effort to get to know clients as people, leaving everyone feeling heard and provided for.

Neshay, who is very knowledgeable in her job, was a pleasure to meet. She is very personable and I love her energy. She took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed.
