The laundry shop may have excellent customer service, a comfortable waiting area, and attentive staff who ensure that your laundry is handled with care. The shop may also offer a variety of washing and drying options, including eco-friendly or gentle wash cycles for delicate items. While the turnaround time may not be the quickest, the laundry shop may offer a drop-off service that allows customers to pick up their clothes at a later time. The convenience of not having to wait for their laundry to be finished could be a significant benefit for customers with busy schedules.Overall, the laundry shop's slower speed may not be a negative aspect, as it could be compensated by other positive features that make it a reliable and convenient option for customers.Free Research Preview. Forget any bad reviews before April or May, 2023. Nam's is under new management. The old management made a mistake so I went in to "argue" but imagine my surprise when the new management made it right. They were so apologetic & put their money where their mouth was & fixed the problem 100%. I am very happy. They do a great job for alterations, skillful & timely. They also do a fine job on uniforms, attaching badges, nice creases & perfect alterations. Try them. You will leave happy.

Alterations were terrible. On both my pants and my wife's. When I picked up dress shirts I had cleaned and starched they had white spots on them. They wouldn't make it right. Don't recommend this place.

Regarding Nam's Cleaners in Norge on Route 60: Good quality work, but high priced. Had 2 identical, new T-shirts, 100 per cent polyester. Needed short sleeves shortened about an inch. Intake lady said $14. When I asked to clarify, that was per shirt, and already reflected a $2 discount. So rack rate is $16 to shorten a pair of short sleeves. Maybe discount was because tailor need not swap thread??Patch: $8 to sew 1x3 inch rectangular patch on uniform hem.Pillowcase: $16 to cut down and hem new standard pillowcase to 1/3 size pillow with flap.Delivery time: Work was promised in one week. I tried pick-up after that, and it needed several more days. I live several miles away, so it was an inconvenience. In sum, work quality was good, but for $52 either I am living in "the good old days" or there is a shortage of tailors/alteration skills.Service: Alterations

Alterations overpriced and work not available at time promised. Quality of alteration work was good. Staff would benefit from some Southern charm. Clerk got testy when I asked for my copy of the work ticket. She explained that some customers might return with used ticket trying to claim the same clothes again. Easy fix, but no need to insinuate anything. (One of the items was $8 to sew a 1x3 inch patch on hem of my Scout shirt!) If you can find a good, reasonable tailor in this community, shout them out.

Had no issue for several years of paying them a lot of money. Took a new shirt there and they bled the color to the white sleeves and collar - I'm sure not on purpose. Refused to pay for shirt or even attempt to try to fix it. Just kept saying "we didn't do that" when it is the only place it was after taken out of the box. Will gladly pay a competitor from now on.

Just had a bridesmaids dress altered. I go to try it on at home, the dress looks like it was thrown in a hamper and left for weeks. I've never paid nearly as much as a dress to have it altered and still not have it pressed. The belt that was stitched to the dress was also removed and not reattached. They had it for 2 weeks, I go in one day early to see if it happened to be ready early and it hasn't been touched since I left. I do not recommend this place for any alterations, especially formal attire.

This place was EXTREMELY RUDE. I called to get the address and she said she's busy and hung up on me, I called back and asked if she just hung up on me and she said I'm busy. Wow. Do not go in this store if you're looking for someone to care about your time.

Very disappointed with the quality of their service. We had a nice dress hemmed, the stitching is all over the place, multiple widths between the stictching all around the hem! It looks like the dress was hand seen by a child.
