My daughters were excited to get their nails done before school, but this was the worst salon experience we’ve ever had. One asked for dip powder and the other for acrylics, but since the technician wasn’t available, she was given liquid gel (which cost more) without being told in advance.
I was told their nails would take an hour, but it ended up being almost 2 hours — the slowest salon I’ve ever been to. My oldest left nearly in tears after her nails were cut way too short and stubby. When she complained, the technician just said, “we must have misunderstood each other,” with no apology, yet still asked about a tip.
Both sets of nails looked sloppy, like a child painted them, and while we were there another customer even walked out crying because of how bad her nails came out.
We will never return and I do not recommend this salon.

I had an amazing experience! The place was so relaxing and clean, the staff were nice and professional too. I got exactly what I asked for, and my nails look great. I also got an eyebrow waxing and it was super fast and barely had any redness after, even with sensitive skin. My mom got a brow lamination and it framed her eyes really nicely. I definitely recommend!

I wanted to see what was done with the place since I heard new owners took over and completely re-hauled the salon and gave it a complete makeover. They did a fantastic job. You can this wasn’t just a ‘paint over’. It as bright, airy, very clean and all the spent and products were brand new. I had a great experience and found the service to be both professional and priced right. (I was also a walk-in so I wasn’t sure if I could be accommodated). Luckily, that wasn’t an issue but I’ll probably be sure to make an appointment next time as to guarantee a slot.

I think I've found my new favorite nail salon. Weeks ago I got a gel manicure. It lasted beautifully. No chips. The only reason I had it removed today was because my nails were growing. And today they were so gentle when removing the gel. They left my nails polished and in great shape. They are so kind and give excellent service. I will be back!

My experience at Newtown Nail Spa was excellent. Upon arriving, I was greeted kindly and noticed the cleanliness of the salon. My manicure and pedicure were both relaxing and rejuvenating. The technician was professional and knowledgeable when I had questions about nails.
Newtown Nail Spa is much more than just a nail salon. I encourage you to visit and pamper yourself!

This place is newly renovated and clean. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. I got my acrylics removed and replaced with a gel manicure and I’ve never had a nail tech take as much time and care to protect my nails. Also very reasonably priced. Plus the chairs are super comfy :))

I hadn’t been to this salon since the new owner took over. The renovation of the salon is beautiful! The manicure and pedicure I received was top notch and reasonably priced. I’m so glad I stopped in. I will be a regular.

This was a very relaxing a clean environment! I asked for a lot with tips and gel x and she did exactly what i wanted and did an amazing job! They look so clean and natural! Would highly recommend this place!
