Had a nice employee check my car battery, alternator and thermostat at no charge. All were fine and the employee was very nice and polite.

I bought some windshield wipers from them, and this night, it was pouring down raining. My visibility was non-existent. They have a sign in the front window that clearly says we install windshield wipers. I was told after my purchase they couldn't install due to the rain. What? So I proceeded to do a refund so I could get them installed elsewhere, and I was told he could install them now.Smmfh lazy folks who work but don't want to do their job

I have dealt with this business since it opened. It is close to my home, that is why I gave it a try. Every time I enter I am welcome by someone waiting on in a short time. The store is always in an an organized order and items are identified with visible signs. If you have trouble, the staff are there to assist. I have always be satisfied with their products and servics. They also honor our military and Veterans with a discount. I highly recommend O'Rileys to all.

I would have rated this place 5 stars if only they would have had a specific bolt that I badly needed for my car,(obviously). They didn't have it even though they had a spot for it. To be fair, none of the other auto-parts stores in my area had it either even though they all had a spot for it. I ended up finding that bolt at a particular hardware store that always seems to have what I need. Perplexing, in any case.

Such incredible kindness. We arrived with a flat tire Not only were we shown affordable plug options, but the helpful staff lent us additional tools and gave us advice and assistance until the problem was solved. The kind of service one doesn't expect to find anymore!! Highly recommend.
