On Friday September 13, 2024 around 11:45am- 12 noon, I was at the UPS store on 4680-181 Monticello ave, Williamsburg, VA the you ng lady was at this location working by herself. She was very professional and she took care of my detailed, time consuming certified mail (3) in an even paced & thorough way, even though in the time I was there 20-25 minutes a few other customers came in. She patiently & sweetly told the customersvwsitung that she will be happy to help them in just a few minutes after she was done with my out mail. This professionalism shown by this young lady working at this UPS store on Monticello ave Williamsburg, reinforced my desire to return to this particular UPS store from now on. Keep up the GREAT work UPS store @ Monticello ave Williamsburg.

What a true treasure! The entire staff was clipping along and the line was out the door.The young lady would periodically announce that they would NOT be able to accommodate a certain companies QR code. She then went on to explain where those return codes would be serviced!!Love these folks

They packed a fragile heirloom item very, very well. It arrived in FL in perfect condition. They trimmed the standard size box to fit the item securely. UPS charges a lot for "oversize" boxes. They saved around $17 in shipping fees by trimming the box a bit.All in all, a great job.

Left an item to be boxed by 2 young girls and was given a receipt. The package never arrived to my destination and all it says is “label created” in UPS system. It will not let me file a claim because it says they never received it. I was assured on the phone that ups did get it(last Friday). Ups begs to differ. Did not like the fact my item was not boxed up while I was there but I trusted the process. I’ve been trying to call them but it says they are closed for Labor Day but will reopen Tuesday. It’s Wednesday and i am still getting that message. Girls in parcel stop were nice enough but I should have gone with my gut and insisted it be boxed and labeled in front of me.
