Terrible service, I took my dog for a trim, I explained several times what I wanted for my dog, only a haircut on his face and only the ends for the body, I told him many times! Then they called me to tell me that he moves a lot and likes to bite, but he is very small even though they don't provide that service for dogs, so they should have let me know before!
The total they had told me was 38 us, and then when I go to pick up my dog they tell me that my total is 68 us, because of my dog's behavior! They gave it to me very poorly cut and I also had to pay a lot more without consulting me! I will never take him to this horrible place again.

Had an amazing experience about a week ago purchased a bearded dragon from this location and Danielle the manager was absolutely amazing very helpful very knowledgeable and I definitely will be returning thank you Danielle for how helpful you were one of the best customer experiences I've had while staying in Virginia

We take our 2 German Shepherds to get groomed here. Victoria is the groomer we love using, and she does an amazing job! Our fur barbies come back so soft and smell so good. I don't know what they use, but it cuts the shedding tremendously. They also have a good selection of pet products.

Grooming department is great! They are professional and do a great job grooming my pet. He loves going petsmart! The entire store, and pet hospital staff are helpful and always friendly.
