“I honestly had the best experience here. I needed fingerprinting and waited in the normal line which took less than five minutes. The person at the counter was very pleasant and offered to send someone over to assist after I explained what I needed (this location has a separate counter for that service but obviously it’s unstaffed as there’s not a lot of need). The person that came over a couple of minutes later was so nice and professional. When I asked if I could also get some passport photos taken while I was there she said the other person would have to do it but he was prompt with assisting me, was also very professional and friendly. Just the whole experience was phenomenal. No one once made my unusual requests seem inconvenient, and every encounter I had or observed was top notch! Made my day!”

“I came to this post office for my passport paperwork. Spencer helped me out, and was very knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and helpful. There was also another person working behind the counter who was very kind and helpful to the people who came in, making everyone feel comfortable. I didn’t catch her name but I’m glad there are such nice people working there. Everyone seemed very helpful and capable.”
