Great service center and service manager top notch. Update when I recently for inspection oil change been accommodated me and my schedule very appreciative.
Update 2025 sales department sucks they are not honest supposed to go test drive a vehicle they said they had their set up an appointment continue to talk to them throughout the day appointment time came showed up at the place and the truck was not there that they had talked me into coming into test drive so it wasted my time and my gas apparently they're not the same level as the service department. Since I cannot have a split review of the different departments definitely goes to a one if I could write him a zero I would.

Service here at nissan is joke. There want to charge you $195 to look at car under nissan warranty. Very sad. Don't take your car here it's scam.

Oil change........went well, another oil change, and a cpl of issues one with my tire and 1 with a noise behind my glove box, mello yellow figured it out, I had no doubt!!

We've been to many dealerships over the years from our home state of Pennsylvania to now in Virginia. Classic Nissan is the best we've had the pleasure of working with for service.
The team with Cecilia, James and Brian are super to work with and they're most concerned with your vehicle, no matter the make, as they handle all brands, not just Nissan. They were prompt in the servicing of our two SUVs and way ahead of schedule in getting both done.
They are the best in town and if you have any car that you are looking to have serviced, you cannot go wrong in taking it to Classic Nissan of Williamsburg, We highly recommend them.

The sales staff were inviting and helpful.
The process of negotiating and helping fix my finance options so I could afford my monthly payments was smooth.
The three layers from sales, to head of sales, and then to general manager for paperwork were all kind and understanding.
I would make the almost four hour drive to buy another vehicle.

Happy End truly happened when I met Benjamin Sager, Service Adviser at Nissan Classic Williamsburg! Just a few minutes before closed gates my Nissan Kicks 2020 sent me awareness message to stop my car because unexpectable High Cooling and lost gap. Benjamin with his exceptional confidence accepted my vehicle and my frustrations in a city where I have nobody to pickup me to home in Lanexa. (17 miles). He offered a loaner car to drive home and resolution on urgent repair. Next morning, at 11:90am, my Nissan car was ready to pickup after maintenance! Thank you, Benjamin Sager for your help , kindness, big heart, and professional approach to rescue your frustrated customer Tatyana Dillard from Lanexa. Definitely, I will come back for my next maintenance services and keep my eyes on the Nissan cars in the future to buy again. I endorse a manager and service advisor Benjamin Sager for higher positions and wish him successful carrier path at Nissan corporation. Great Job on scale up to 10+
