Excellent Service at the PUMA Outlet – Williamsburg, Virginia
My family and I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at the PUMA Outlet in Williamsburg, Virginia! We were visiting from New York and Pennsylvania while on vacation and decided to stop in — and we’re so glad we did.
Two employees, Aidyn Smith and Courtney Hux, went above and beyond to help us during our visit. We spent quite some time in the store and made about a $200 purchase and throughout it all, they were incredibly pleasant, patient and attentive. Anytime we needed a different size or had a question, they were prompt, kind and professional.
Their friendly personalities and genuine willingness to help made our visit enjoyable and memorable. It’s rare to find employees who truly care about creating such a welcoming shopping experience and they absolutely did.
I want to note that I don’t personally know either of these employees — this review is simply based on the outstanding service we received. Thank you, Aidyn and Courtney, for making our family’s visit such a great one!

PUMA was wonderful! This is the first time I bought myself some PUMA shoes from the store and it was wonderful! But my mom only told me to wear them for work and not for out to places. But still I give the store a 10. They have less money for me to buy for the shoes.

Very friendly, if you are white. However if you have brown skin, like mine, they are rude. Not just rude but they refuse to help you, like they would to others.
