Horrible service and attitude from staff.
Brought a pair in that I purchased 5 days prior….. I had tried them out around my home for an hour and was told it had a brown worn mark on heel so they rejected the return.
I asked the cashier how they could possibly reject it and was ignored. She refused to address me.
I have gone to numerous RRS stores in past but they just lost a customer.

Amber was extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. I came in because I bought 2 pairs of shoes a week ago. I wore 1 pair one time and they blistered the back of my heels so I went to return them. As soon as a I walked in I was greeted by a friendly associate and I gave her my shoes and told her that they hurt so needed to return them but forgot receipt in my car so she said okay. So I went outside to grab the receipt which took less than a minute when I entered back into store I then received a hostile attitude from Amber who I’m assuming was the manager. Who then wouldn’t let me speak and treated me as if I was rude to her or the other employee and told me that the other employee told me the return policy which she didn’t because I had just walked in. I ended up getting a gift card instead of a refund which I was okay with but just wasn’t okay with how Amber treated me especially as a customer. I told her she came in real hot and didn’t think necessary since I came in thinking this would a smooth seamless transaction. Literally was assuming the convo would have been more friendly, empathetic, not aggressive, irritable, & dismissive. Will not be returning, Amber please do better!

The music is so loud it's like being in a bar dancing. It drove us out. Staff were not interested in helping me find what I wanted.

Went in looking for some dress shoes but not a single employee offered to help or asked if I needed help. I don’t need to be asked a thousand times, but perhaps if you see a customer walking around the same section without pulling out shoes to look at, ask if they need any assistance.

The first time I go in there is no one on the floor for 10 minutes. Customers are looking for assistance.So I make my purchase for a gift, wrong size so I go back for a size exchange and to shop for another gift. The sales gal says she will hold the size exchange while I shop. I shop, she leaves floor, I go to checkout and pickup the ones being held .... the new person checking me out won't give me the shoes on hold .... my ticket is in the box ... they have to go track down the original sales gal to prove they are indeed my shoes.? At this point I want to return the $400 of shoes I've bought.I will never go back into the RR Shoes on Monticello.Hence .... go to the mall and save headaches!

I came into the store last week after work on a hunch that I would find what I needed at Rack Room and I did thanks to a very thoughtful clerk. If all Rack Room workers are like this, I will certainly be back. He was knowledge about the products they offered, listened to my concerns, and was great at recommending solutions to my foot wear problems.
