I had such a wonderful experience at Regal Movie Theater in Newtown, Williamsburg. Not only is the theater always clean and welcoming, but the staff truly go above and beyond for their guests. A special shoutout to Davyn (D-E-V-Y-N) — I lost my glasses during my visit, and he went out of his way to help me find them. Thanks to his kindness and patience, I was able to enjoy the rest of my evening stress-free. The manager and the rest of the staff were also extremely friendly and helpful — you can tell they really care about their customers. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this theater to anyone looking for a great movie experience with truly wonderful people!

Clean and modern movie theater...decent price for movies but the concessions were over priced.
Medium popcorn is $10.49 and a bottle of unsweetened tea is $5.99. I guess to be expected as Regal has to stay in business somehow, right.
The bathroom is clean and everything was operational.
The theater, # 6, was clean and the seats were comfortable but the floors definitely is in need of a fresh paint job.
I was surprised that the matinee price was $11.49....

There was a faint blue bar on the bottom of the screen, I told theater management and they blacked the screen out to adjust it but didn’t fix anything. The sound quality is also not great.

It had an old theater smell and it also has the old style seats. That surprised me in the neighborhood it was in.

We came here to watch “Weapons” and the movie was amazing but our experience was far from it. The young workers were all super kind but they had a man (did not catch a name but of Indian heritage) breathing down their necks the whole time. One of the workers even said he was a pain to work with when he finally walked away, I felt so bad! As a manager myself, it’s hard to see the younger employees being treated this way. Not only that, but when asked questions his responses were “I’m not sure” and “I don’t think so.” He didn’t seem to be educated on the movie theater policies, yet he was trying to micro manage others. I hope they can teach workplace etiquette to this man!

The quality seems to depend on what room you end up in and there’s no clear way to tell which one you’re getting in advance. At least one of the screens feels relatively modern but most of them are small and have outdated sound systems. Saw Fantastic Four today and there was no bass at all. It sounded like all the audio was coming out of two midsize speakers in the front. The entire bottom part of the screen was tinted blue.
There’s almost 40 minutes of ads AFTER the posted start time. Not talking about just trailers. It just keeps going and going. You have to expect some level of this these days but it’s unbearable here.
There’s no reason to not wait for streaming if this is the best technical quality you’re going to get in the area. This is just not a premium experience.

Very well maintained, friendly staff, and the theaters were clean. Located in a walkable area with plenty of shops, eateries, and fun things to do.

Their box office is strange now you cannot buy a ticket at the door normally without a lot of trouble. Also the postings for movies they have online are not reliable and can lead to terrible disappointment for adults and children alike. To see what's really on their box office you have to go to their website directly. I used to really enjoy this theater but it has changed and I don't think I'll be going back there again.

The staff have always been friendly and overall the place is clean, but i really on go here when Movie Tavern is no longer showing something. I used to come for the $5 Tuesday movies and 1/2 off popcorn, but prices have gone up. The theater are old school stadium seating and the seats are just not comfortable, after an hour in I am shifting around and by the end I can't wait to go. On the plus side the theater has rarely been full so never trouble getting tickets. I love Regal Loungers and I hope this theater makes the investment soon, until then Movie Tavern or Cinemark in NN is just a better option.
