Unprofessional to say the least. Never had a problem with them until now. I was trying to make a return and the lady was rude and blatantly not listening to the manager. She was fighting with him in front of me and then she forgot something and was mad I mentioned it and complained she needed to go on break and everything. Acting like I’m keeping her when I waited for 10 minutes of her conversing with the manager before she accepted my return. She then was shouting at me because she didn’t give me my ID back after I started walking away when she told me to have a good day. She acted like I inconvenienced her day when it’s her job

I normally don't have a problem when I go into a Ross store, no matter what city or state. But today for some reason I guess to the lady, she thought I was there to steal. Me & my family are in town visiting the state on vacation. I politely asked the lady... "excuse me ma'am... where's your restroom"? Mind you I've never been here. She points & say it's over there can't you see? I said ma'am sorry, I'm in town visiting and never been in this Ross. I headed towards the way she pointed & tried to look for the restroom.
I saw one of her coworker and let her know her coworker was rude & asked her where was the restroom. Finally got the pointed in the right direction. Only to see the first lady come by the restroom & call for someone to stand by.
The lady stands outside the restroom the whole time I was in there, when I came out she was staring at me... looking me up & down. I asked was she ok, her reply (I was just making sure you weren't trying to steal). I told her ma'am there's nothing here worth stealing & messing up my career.
See it's one thing to look at someone & have a thought, but to boldly act on because they don't look a certain way, talk a certain way or dress a certain way... that doesn't mean they're going to steal or break the law.
The second lady wanted me to talk to the manager, I declined & told her I'll just write a review.
Due to the first lady was way tooooo comfortable on how she talked to me & treated me.

They didn't have much of anything that look like summer wear. I did find a great crossbows bag.The dress selection was horrible.
