The staff was nice, helpful and very informative. I wish i would have gotten their names.They were very patient. Best customer service I received from anywhere all year. Give them a raise! Lol

The girl behind the counter with colored hair was very helpful, i believe her name was Olivia. I had loads of questions and talked with her at length and she was very patient and kind. I normally cannot find much at Sally’s for me due to my hair texture but i left feeling very satisfied because of her. She was very respectful (for a millennial at least)

Racial profiling. Olivia is the clerk. My friend and I went to this location. She is black and I am light skinned hispanic. She had the basket in her hand not I. Clerk asked if I needed assistance I said no my friend was shopping....she never asked if she needed assistance. We walked out.

I've been to this location a handful of times, and each time i've been greeted upon arrival! Three ladies i've seen consistently always have the best attitudes towards their customers. Two younger and one older women have helped me along my hair lightening journey and have recommended the best products for my hair. The products used were effective and healthy for my hair, little to no breakage or horrible damage despite bleaching a few times. I honestly decided to write this review because i'm just blown away with how great their team is at this location! Thank you so much ladies!

The associates are very knowledge, welcoming and friendly. The selection is very well sorted and easy to find. Definitely feels as tho the staff loves their job and being there to help people. Best Sallys ive ever been in, would definitely recommend for anyone to go in there for their haircare needs.

This was my first visit to Sally's since they moved to the new location in Williamsburg. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by Lindsey. I was feeling quite nervous as I have been through some health problems and lost a good deal of my hair and eyelashes. I wanted some information about fake eyelashes, something I have never worn before. Lindsey was so friendly and kind and treated me like a friend. She showed me the different types of lashes, how to apply them, and which ones would work best for a first-time user like myself. There were at least thirty different types of eyelashes available; certainly the volume of product at this beauty supply is impressive, but tantamount is the excellent customer service.

I just received the worst customer service from this Sally’s location (01/05/2020 at 11:53 am). I didn’t get the name of the only employee working during my time in the store, but if corporate or upper management reviews this, they can figure out by the date and time I provided. Upon entering, my husband and I were greeted very rudely. We heard a “hello, welcome to Sally’s”, even though we couldn’t see the woman speaking I kindly returned the greeting with a pleasant “hello” with appropriate volume. We then heard a very sarcastic, “I sa-id hello” and the woman appeared from a back aisle looking very bothered. I then replied, “oh, we said hello”. The woman then said firmly, “well, I didn’t hear you”. I was very put off by this, but then I asked for a basket because I had at least 7 products I intended to purchase. Whenever I would ask for the brands in the products that I was looking for, she only would show us the generic or Sally brands and I informed that I only was comfortable putting the products and brands on my hair that were familiar to me. There were also a few out of stock items, but I do not fault her for that. After the last product shown to me, I surprisingly found the brand that I was looking for and told her that I would get it. Her response verbatim in her sarcastic tone was, “well fine, you get that one then”. I did nothing to cause this woman to be in a bad mood and to treat me with such poor customer service. She was very sarcastic and crass in her tone. I placed my item back on the shelf and returned the basket, and my husband and I left. I will not be returning to this location. I will order from Amazon or visit another beauty supply or Sally’s location. Her customer service was unacceptable.

I want to the salon and got some good highlights but after a few days I realized it was still really too red, too bright, and it was just really bothering me. I didn’t really want to go back to the salon and explain how I didn’t like the highlights as much as I thought, so I decided maybe I could fix it myself. I went to Sally beauty supply and Lindsay was beyond helpful! I explained what I was trying to do and she totally understood and helped me get everything I needed to achieve my vision (toner, the right developer, and any necessary supplies, etc.) Mission accomplished! My hair is perfect. The red is gone, the highlights are perfect. All for under $15 bucks which included some ‘treat myself’ conditioning treatments. Thanks Lindsay! Thanks Sally Beauty Supply!
