Love this establishment. The manager, Sasha, is very professional and knowledgeable. The stylist are very creative and the best at their profession. I am so happy at the quality of the techniques and products used.
We do not tolerate discrimination of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability or English proficiency from our stylists or our guests. Cancellation Policy: We require a 24hour notice to cancel. Weddings require a 2 week notice of cancellations. Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you may have changed your mind about after the service. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hrs to contact the Salon to receive a service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
