We frequent Williamsburg often from out of the area and decided to do a couples massage for the first time. They got us in with a next day appointment! My boyfriend has never had a massage before. Joe & the massage therapist with him (I wish I remembered her name!) were phenomenal. We had the best time start to finish! The receptionist was warm & welcoming as well. Too bad I live so far from this place or I’d come here for everything. We will definitely be back

What a relaxing oasis! Friendly and attentive staff. In a welcoming and clean environment free of TVs, loud music and people on phones. I'll be back to try more services.

This was a treat! I booked a hot stone massage and it was phenomenal. I appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. They offer tons of other beauty services to fit any budget. I absolutely loved the vibe and decor. Would highly recommend checking this place out.

Booked a couples pure bliss last minute and MY what a PHENOMENAL experience all around. All staff members were welcoming and engaging.
Coming from out of state this spa has set a new bar for us.
Jenny the esthetician was very efficient and communicative regarding my wax.
The massages were refreshing and rejuvenating.
They have a new nail tech who was pleasant as well!
Sad to go but happy to have a reason to come back to Virginia.

My husband and I had scheduled a couples massage. First time for both of us. Liz and Joseph were welcoming and very nice. We will definitely book appt with this in August when we come back to williamsburg for our next getaway weekend. We feel so relaxed now after our massages.

They gave me a gift card from that place. I went and they treated me with indifference, maybe racism because I'm Hispanic. I had money left on the gift card. I preferred to lose that money than see people with a bad attitude 3 years ago.

They really took care of me! I was visiting from out of town and needed a massage and after a big chain canceled on me twice!! in two days, Serenity Spa got me in and Joe really helped me out! I wish they were my local place because I’d go back again and again!! Cannot sing their praises enough!!
