I so appreciate the management at this Shell station at 7340 Richmond Road in Williamsburg, VA.
I accidentally left my wallet in the bathroom while traveling for a mini-vacation in Virginia Beach from Richmond.
It was hours later that I realized I couldn’t find my wallet!
After much ineffective searching and lamenting- I finally thought to call that Shell to see if it had been found.
Sure enough the manager did indeed have it, he kept it safe for me, and returned it to me when I passed back through 2 days later (with another form of I.D, which luckily I did have my passport in my bag).
I am just so grateful for this manager’s kindness, professionalism, and prudent policy for his customers’ lost items!
What a relief!

I love stopping here even if its just to say Hi. Everyone who works here is so nice and welcoming. They treat you like family. I will pass two 7-11 just to get there. Keep up the good work😊

Great store and close to home and fantastic services and great selections of snacks and drinks and very clean. The new manager has done a amazing transformation. Love doing business in this place.

I need receipts for gas purchases made for work. I definitely forgot the receipt last time I was at this station for work. The clerk was incredibly helpful in assisting me figure out which pump I had used, how much gas received, and a description of the vehicle. There was a lot of leg work involved, but this model employee was persistent in their effort to assist my efforts to find the correct receipt for my transaction. I truly appreciate the effort and the outcome due to this incredible person. We were able to find the correct receipt after all.

Selfish greedy owners. I was already a paying customer for gas. I go in to get sugar packets for my drink I had in the car and this guy at the counter had the audacity to ask are you going to pay for it? EXCUSE ME IT’S THREE SUGAR PACKETS. I said I’m sorry what? Every single gas station I go to it’s free to get things like that (sheetz, Exxon, etc)
This man at the register either needs training or fired. In this economy you’re really gonna make someone pay for something that is free everywhere else. Literally anywhere. He was there today around this time (6/17 before noon). How dare you pull the price of $1 out of your hot air head for 3 small sugar packets. He also had the audacity to tax it so it was $1.07. Respectfully hop off. I’m never returning and would never recommend this place for anyone. If this was the only gas station around I’d drive an extra 30 miles away just to be away. Screw this place and I hope it goes out of business. You are stealing from the hard working Americans. Maybe ask for a pay raise instead of stealing out of patrons pockets.
Oh the bathroom, you know they’re already selfish and greedy when you read a sign that says only customers can use it. There was pee on the toilet and I had to clean it myself. Do better or close your doors. We don’t need you. Put a sheetz there instead.

Apparently, this location is under new management and/or ownership. I've been here many times in the past, but this time, I was greeted with a smile, and the gentleman at the register was helpful and courteous.

The store is under new management and is a vast improvement over it's previous ownership. They now sell beer, wine, and hot food as well as lottery. The store looks clean and the staff appears to be friendly.

The store is under new management. They now sell beer, wine, and hot food as well as lottery. It is very clean including the bathroom. The customer service is top notch. The owner works hard to please his customers. Great improvement.
