Today I took in a Walmart return that Parcel Pro said the QR code from Walmart wouldn't work. This Monticello location in the ACE Hardware shopping plaza took the same code, scanned it and sent it on its way with no problem. The employees were great to work with and from what I saw during my brief wait was they were just as helpful with all of the other customers. If you need to ship something and want an easy experience, try this FedEx store.”
