Chiela cut my hair today after I spent $55 three weeks ago at another salon. She listened to me and cut my hair EXACTLY the way I wish my prior hairdresser had. I’m so excited to have finally found my new hairdresser. Chiela please never leave Sport Clips and if you do please let me know. Go Commanders ❤️

Terrible customer service. Signed me in then another employee rang someone up under my name taking me off the list. She was then rude when I mentioned I was next. When I brought it up again with another employee the employee who rang someone up under my name insinuated I was the rude one trying to cut people in line when she was the one that made the mistake. The hair cut was very poor, it was uneven on both sides with longer hair on one ear than the other. Parts of my neck were completely unshaven leaving patches of long hair. And where it was shaved there’s still long strands of hair somehow. Absolute nightmare of an experience.

Worst Sport Clips I’ve ever been to. Used to be good. First of all, the hours are ridiculous. Hard for a working person to go during the week when they close at 5. Much of the time the online checkin isn’t available. And I just went in more than hour before closing and they wouldn’t let me check in. Sport Clips should take away the franchise.

Waited 40 minutes and my name disappeared off the screen and they just forgot about me. Started taking people who literally just got there. Terrible experience

I’ve been coming here regularly for 4 years because of the military discount with the MVP package. Today, after being asked if I wanted the MVP package several times, and saying yes, I get to the register to pay and I’m told that since I declined the shoulder massage after my haircut then technically I didn’t get the MVP package and that the discount would not be applied. I feel like I was baited so that I could not get a military discount. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and I was denied the discount over a shoulder massage? Really? I will not be returning because they’re trying to up-sell me after being a loyal customer. To top it all off, she told me “you’d only be saving $0.30 anyways”……….. 10% off of $30 is not $0.30. I got a real kick out of that ?

Great haircut, Faye has outstanding customer service. In last month the “wait time” board is broken. I was on deck, the person next for Faye said 1minute wait, and next person for Faye 2 minute wait. Fix the software, that is incorrect and upsets customers, it is not stylists fault.Service: Haircut

Worst haircut I’ve gotten in years. I said I wanted 1.5 inches off and they cut easily over 3 inches off. Salon Vivace is the way to go even though it’s more expensive. They know what they’re doing there and you’ll get what you ask for.Service: Haircut

I'm always nervous going to a new place to get a haircut. I don't particularly like going to sports clips, but I trust them over most other chain places before I find a barber I like in the area. The lady that cut my hair did a really good job fading and cleaning up the top evenly.
