The person at the desk upon arrival was excellent. He definitely understands customer service. Each time we walked in the front door, we were greeted. The staff seemed well-trained.
My husband would describe this hotel as one where “you get what you pay for”. The bed was comfortable. It’s a mediocre hotel but good enough to sleep at. Our 10-year-old loved the spacious room and West Elm couch.
The gym smelled. The hot tub looked gross. The hotel main floor smells so strong like Fabuloso cleaner that I couldn’t stand to be down there.
The breakfast options were ok but we wouldn’t even test our health by eating what was labeled as eggs.

We spent a few days with our grandchildren at Bush Gardens and we stayed at the Sprinhill Suites. We booked a stay and play with food and a private family fun tour. I HIGHLY recommend any of the tours at Bush Gardens as it was amazing!
However when we left the hotel we forgot a picture. We immediately called the hotel (within 1 hour of driving home) and hotel staff stated no one had been in the room. However, the cleaning crew could not locate the picture, frame, and original drawing created by the characters during the family fun tour.
The hotel did not make any attempt to right the wrong so I called Bush Gardens and explained what happened. You know what BG did? FedEx a replacement.
An amazing response that will get our little ones season passes for the upcoming season.
Stay away from this hotel. If they stole the attached from me, they will steal from you too!
Thank you Bush Gardems….buyer beware Springhill!!!

This hotel needs attention.
I had a stained ottoman, a leaky toilet, and paint peeling in the shower.
In addition the hvac is an old school wall unit with the thermostat in the unit therefore only one side of the room reaches the desired temperature. There is a small ceiling fan on the other side of the room.
The staff is very nice.

We had a great experience! Large rooms with comfortable beds and showers that actually have enough water.

Clean, comfortable, with all the extras.
From 5pm-8pm they offer free popsicles or ice cream in the summertime. Lemon water and lemonade available. Keurig coffee maker in the lobby alongside options for tea. Pool and hot tub, well appointed fitness room. Convenient to local attractions.

Room layout is not good.
Bedding was ok.
End table was damaged
Bathroom has not been updated.
Bathroom is in an awkward spot.
Bathroom seemed unclean especially with the light fixture.
I will not stay again.

This place is OK if you want to be only resting because there is no wifi, we'll there is just that the wifi is always down and the staff will lie to you telling you they will fix it right now but it's a lie we've been here for 4 days so far and they haven't fixed nothing yet by the way this is our second time coming here with the same problem. So I
recomended you to go somewhere else where there is actual working wifi.

Great hotel! Located in a good spot and has mid staff. I thought the rooms were a bit dated, but were spacious with a GREAT couch. The cleaning people also had a strange schedule for cleaning rooms, once every four days and towels every two days. The best part of the hotel would be the food offerings. They had a decent selection for breakfast, but had free ice cream every night! What a nice idea. Overall, the hotel got the job done and had great side amenities and many other things located in the area.

Living so close to Williamsburg, I cannot believe that I have never been to this hotel. This year my family and I decided to stay at the SpringHill Suites for my birthday. I fell in love with this hotel immediately upon arrival. I love the colonial style to this apartment, honestly it felt like I was staying somewhere deep somewhere in Virginias mountains. It rained for one day while we were there and all I wanted to do was stay in my room and sleep because of how beautiful the aesthetics of this room was to me. Forgetting the kids are out of school, I expected the pool area to be full and it wasn’t! And not to mention the staff!!! Beautiful, beautiful people, every last one of them. So welcoming ughhh, I wanna go back!

We had such a great visit—staying here truly made our trip top tier! The room was wonderful, the service was excellent, and everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The complimentary ice cream was a huge hit with the kids—they looked forward to it every day! Breakfast was included with our stay, and it exceeded expectations—those waffles were my favorite. We’re already planning our return and will definitely stay here again. You could tell the staff genuinely enjoy their work—we even saw a few of them high-five each other! Such a fun, positive atmosphere.

I don't know about love but this is a nice moderately priced hotel. Great service with excellent staff. Quiet even though I was only a couple of rooms down from the indoor pool and fitness center. Room is nice. Bed comfortable, has a sofa that can become a trundle bed. I really liked the ceiling fan over the small wet bar type area in the room, frig and microwave with sink with coffee pot. There is a Keurig in the lobby. They have a very nice included breakfast with waffles, etc.. I really can't remember if I had to pay extra to include breakfast with my room because most hotels in the area did charge for this when I made my reservation. There was a large number of teens at the hotel while I was and the hotel was still quiet and very clean. I would recommend this hotel. Free parking on a huge lot. A outlet mall within a few minutes drive. Restaurants of all types very close and a few within walking distance ( Chiles and Ramen).
