At first the guy acted like he didn't want to wait on me once I told him that I just needed a sim card replacement. He got me a sim card and he handed it to me. I looked at him. Then he asked me. You want me to put it in for you and I said yes I would . I could have put it in. But it wasn't my job. I can give a lower score. But I'm going to be the bigger person and give him a high score

I had a great experience. I hope I get the representatives name right I believe it was William. He had plenty of patience, and we resolved the issue.

I can't believe it! Once again, I've witnessed the appalling way in which the employees mistreat Hispanic individuals. It's absolutely outrageous! Not only do they fail to acknowledge your presence when you enter the store, but they also completely disregard you. I am beyond furious!

I had an unfortunate experience today at this store. I was initially uncomfortable as I overheard the manager being unnecessarily, rude to an elderly woman. The poor lady was confused and didn’t know what to do. She had called T-Mobile twice, and was told to return an item to the store, and the manager was extremely short with her, unwilling to explain, or help her with anything. It was uncomfortable watching, and I considered leaving. I wish I had.I then net with a younger male salesman I was considering leaving Verizon and buying a five line family plan with one to two new phones So it would’ve been a pretty big sale Initially, I thought he was fine but as things got A little more confusing to me in regards to what plans to get or trade-in or buy new phones. I’d asked him if I could have specific. Monthly prices for the various plants. I was shocked when he said he could not tell me how much a monthly plan cost he went on to say that I could figure it out myself if I added up the prices and divided it over the number of months, he actually asked me if I understood simple math. I was with my 13-year-old son who said to me that was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I couldn’t have agreed more. I ended up walking out of the store, going over to Verizon, who ended up making me a great deal and where I had great customer service. The difference was absolutely astounding to meAs a side-note, the manager saw my entire interaction with this man and did nothing. It was evident that there is a culture of not caring about customer service at the store.

Nasty customer service by Wayne and the other little male employee on 10/24/23 they don't acknowledge customers they don't greet they don't answer your questions is this the type of training T mobile do? They don't tell there names. They tell you go to other stores after waiting 10 minutes to be acknowledged they act like you made them work there.

I went in on vacation to add a line to my account and the sales rep said bill would go up $25 plus tax. Get my first bill and it was significantly more! Not only was various items added but the monthly cost was going to be $45. When I called T-Mobile they said only the store can change my billed amount. When I went to the store, they said they have no access. They should not allow reps to quote prices or they should honor those prices.

Jason helped us today and he is amazing! He's so friendly and knowledgeable. He made our time in store enjoyable, entertaining, and he really knew what he was talking about! He was honest and straightforward for a salesman. 1000/10 will recommend!

Store phone number is not valid , I’ve been having data problems for a month , i called 611 more than 20 times , the wait time to answer the call varies between 15 minutes to 30 minutesThey answer take all the info and note the problem than they start with basic setup solutions which can take 30 minutes. no change than I call again go trough the same vicious circle without results . even the store number don’t work . overall for their best plan the ultimate unlimited business plan 90$/month I get connection that keeps getting interrupted , slows down , stops completely

This branch's retail account manager, Richard, is the best. He's very accommodating to travellers like us. He is the epitome of "best service".

I went into T-Mobile with the intention of possibly upgrading phone unless the issue on my old was able to be resolved. The sale associate Wayne was the one who helped my out and very helpful. He had walked me through everything and was helping me out by getting the best deal possible. He helped me set up my new phone and even helped me pair it to my watch. I told the manager Anna how wonderful and helpful he was from everything. I would definitely being going back and I'm glad that I switched to this cell phone provider.

We were told that T-Mobile provided service to our address for Phones. We signed a contract, willingly, turned in our phones to receive new phones. However, within 10 miles of our home our phones went to SOS we had no service. The next morning we were the first to arrive at the store to return the phones and collect our old phones. We were told by Ana, the store mgr that the phones were sent out the previous night at 5pm. Per my conversation with customer service the phones were not shipped as there is no UPS pick up after 5 PM on a Saturday. However, the store manager Anna insisted she did not have the phones, and when I asked for the tracking number said she never keeps the number which is against T-Mobile‘s policy. Read all reviews before purchasing anything from the store. Honesty is not their main concern, customer service is not their main concern. It seems keeping their cells numbers up at any cost is their main concern.

If you want great customer service visit this store and talk to Wayne. He is very knowledgeable about T-Mobile services and products. He helped me with a phone upgrade and made the experience enjoyable.
