Folks at Star Movers were Easy to work with and listened to concerns I had regarding height restrictions on a CSX tunnel. The movers were very respectful and courteous. Would have given 5 stars rating however day of move showed up hour and fifteen minutes later then initially stated only learning the reason after calling HQ to find out why. There was another issue with a fourth person scheduled to help and showed even later only to caused confusion and stop the moving process for 45 minutes until HQ cleared up issue but movers made up for it in the end. All in all I would use these folks again. furniture was perfectly wrapped and delivered without any breakage and dings.

STAR movers was an absolute pleasure to work with. They booked the move right away, communicated with me beforehand, and made sure that move in day was seamless. The gentlemen who assisted with the move had the best attitude, work ethic, and ability to pivot when things didn't go perfectly to plan. I recommend STAR to all of the families moving in and out of our senior living community.

Star Movers are the best! They helped us out in a time of need. They were professional and very accommodating to our needs. We called at the last minute and they made sure that someone was there to help us. Block and Pat were AWESOME! They came in and then came up with a game plan and they packed the UHaul with such precision. We were thoroughly pleased with the level of service EC we received. Thank you ALL so much.

Wow, where do I even start? These guys seriously work hard! Our move was no small task and after years of accumulation of random household stuff, we knew it was going to be a challenge. But Star Movers handled everything like total pros. They packed and moved our entire house in just three days, as promised, and somehow managed to do it all without a single broken dish or scratch on the furniture. Every team member was polite, careful, and incredibly accommodating the whole way through. You could tell they took real pride in their work. The lead manager, Kevin, deserves a special shoutout , he kept the team organized, efficient, and upbeat even when things got hectic. Overall, the experience was beyond impressive. If anyone’s looking for a moving company that’s professional, trustworthy, and genuinely dedicated to doing a great job, I can’t recommend Star Movers enough. Shoutout to the team members (and apologies if I miss anyone because all of you were great!).. Darrell, Onyx, Darius, Dorian, Adam, & Pat. Thank you all!

STAR moving did a wonderful job with our move, not only were they friendly and personable but they truly took their time and diligently wrapped our furniture as well as making sure our door frames, floor and wall were all protected. All of our furniture was disassembled and reassembled by them, nothing was damaged or broken. Overall a great experience.

Our 2 guys were great! They called and asked if they could come early and I enjoyed that very much we were ready. They moved everything and talked with us. They were so nice.
