Their customer service never impressed me and this afternoon was even worse, I arrived at the bank and there is only one lady infront of me, I was right behind her so I can hear their conversation.The teller and this lady are chatting and they are chatting about things that has nothing to do with banking. I was happy cause I know this means they already finished with whatever they were doing and soon it will be my turn. So I patiently wait the whole time.When it was my turn, I was still in the process of trying to finish counting the cash the teller give me (try to break $100 into smaller change), there is another person come in and wait behind me, this teller and that person both rush me to "STEP TO THE SIDE!"I look at the teller and said to her "give me just a second", she said" there is another client behind you, can you step on the side"You have more than enough time to chat with your other client about fruit regardless if someone is waiting and now all of a sudden you are in a hurry to provide service?!I'm done baking with them and moving all my account to a different bank.

I manage a local business and the ladies here are so rude. It would take our company six months to untangle our accounts and switch banks but we’ve seriously discussed it because it’s such a drain going. Weekly deposits are torture because of the wait lines, which in themselves aren’t the issue. Once we get to them we’re always “punished” for not using the night drop box, which believe me if we logistically could we would - just to avoid interacting with the tellers. We understand the merger is chaotic and things are difficult for every business right now but I just wanted to be clear that the hassle of switching banks is almost worth getting to skip seeing these unhappy people every week. .

Most rudest tellers I have seen working my banking history...especially the white one working recently...she is always on phone ...never greets people ..on multiple occasions I am standing at window and she is zoned in on her chatting...no hi hello nothing...
