No service at all. Sales personal do not even say hello. I have been shopping at Talbots for 30 years. I love their designs and quality but the sales people are terrible country wide.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. I walked in and wasn’t greeted, when i tried to ask questions i was given cold responses, they treat their employees horribly. Would not recommend shopping at this location

This Talbots is in a building that is very nice and they have a fairly large inventory spread over two floors. The ladies working here made absolutely no effort to assist even after asking. This is easily the worst experience we have had trying to shop at a retail store.

The retail store rarely has clothing that is available in the online catalog, especially smaller sizes.Talbots sizing generally runs large. Sales staff are not helpful, and forget calling because they don’t answer the phone or return voicemails. I recently found that I can order online and have an item shipped to the store with free shipping. I was told I would be called when my order came in, and I was notified by the carrier of delivery. I was never called, went there and waited while a clerk found my order. Better off to shop at the outlet where staff are helpful and more selections are available.

Store closes at 6pm I arrived before 5:30. Store clerks were busy closing up and offered no help.

Was able to purchase the things we came for, was in the store about 30 minutes, had NO ONE greet us, help us or offer any assistance.Very strange, we are regular (local) customers, the young lady clerk was accommodating at check out, am sure happy to get the $165 sale.Certainly not a good start for the holiday customers that will walk in your location.Definitely not the service level we have always experienced many times in and out of this store.

I traveled 40 miles to this Talbots today - I checked Google which stated it was open. I was online today and went to order two items, that the website stated was in stock - so I decided to go there on my lunch to just purchase them. I find parking and walk to the store only to find a "note" on the door stating due to some reason that I did not understand...THE STORE WAS CLOSED! A waste of my time and my gas...update your online presence to be accurate!

This is a most exquisite store to shop in. The layout gives a smooth flow, the staff knows their stock and the are pleasant and friendly while assisting the customers. It is the only Talbots I chose to visit because of the staff. They make it fun.

With COVID closers waiting, we shopped she took advantage of 50% sale. I bought my daughter in law and me dresses and shoes. It was a real treat. Very good sales staff.

Stopped by here on a Saturday morning because a friend wanted to look at stuff. This store used to have most the 2nd floor as plus size, but the 2nd floor is currently closed off. The store was well-lit and tidy, especially considering all the foot traffic in/out on a busy Saturday a couple weeks before Xmas and during the winter/farmer's market in merchant's square. It was a little hot inside. Staff was friendly and explained about not carrying plus size anymore. My friend found a few items she wanted and so did our other friend and myself (socks and a brooch for my mom). They were well stocked, even though some items didn't have all the available sizes. Lots of items were paired with other items that went with it or alternatives. It looked nice. Staff was even nice to the cranky guy "price matching" something he'd bought earlier and ended up returning and re-purchasing (it was outside their price match time frame).
