Pathetic excuse for customer service. It started to storm, so they had their employees cover the curbside pickup signs and have customers come inside instead. If it storms, they shouldn’t continue to take orders for curbside, not have an employee scale a signpost to cover the spot numbers in a plastic bag with a sign and no explanation. There were several handicapped people and mothers with infants who got out of their car, in the storm, to go in and wait in a very long pickup line. I understand employees don’t want to go out in the rain. If that’s the case, don’t offer the service, stop taking orders, have permanent signs posted stating during inclement weather, customers will need to go inside. The whole idea of this is for convenience….which it absolutely wasn’t for mothers and the disabled. Do better, Target.

This is why I don't come to target for my own shopping anymore. Only if others request the store. It is absolutely ridiculous that the prices are so high yet they cant pay people to work the registers. You put a limit of 10 items at checkout so even if you have 13 small items you still have to wait in this large line. You only have 1 to 2 registers open forcing everyone to wait in this long line. Either don't put a max at self checkout and have only 1 to 2 registers open. Or put a max and have more than 1 to 2 registers open. You can't have both. Ridiculous. Lots of targets I've been to have this issue and it's a man made problem. Stupid. There's even a line behind me in this picture. Ridiculous and preventable

Self checkout now limited to 10 items or less. Very annoying and it slows things down. Just because I am not a boomer, and can figure out self checkout, don't make me wait in lines and have an employee do what I am more than capable of doing myself.

Starbucks inside target. Horrible customer service! Every time I go, it’s different employee working and every time they are very rude! The guy was complaining about me ordering a Frappuccino. He told me are you sure you want it? It will take A long time to make. I told him I am sure. Once he handed me my three drinks, he got every drink wrong! I only asked him to remake one since that one was really wrong. Nothing about that. Drink was right .. I’m very confused why he got it wrong I clearly told him what I wanted. He was too busy telling me the Frappuccino will take forever. Next time I went to get iced coffee I started ordering and the employee said hello !!how are you ?!very loudly! I said hi? Very confused why is she so mad that I didn’t say hello…

Encounter at this location with guest service apparently new employee was very unpleasant. Very weird experience. He didn’t say anything rude. But his body language was unacceptable. Thing like he would be moving extra slow just to show how much his duties annoy him. Or annoyed movements when he has to look something up on a computer. Even his gaze was just so absent. I couldn’t believe Target hired person like this. I totally understand that new employees need guidance and was okay with him asking others for help, but he was working so hard to show with his body language how annoyed he is with his job, I find it beyond unprofessional. Very weird encounter.

I was in your Target around 10:30am today 4/25 was looking for pool noodles, I asked an employee who was working in the pool toy area if you had them, he checked and you did. He went to your storage area and about 10 minutes later he came out with a box of them. I am sorry I didn’t get his name, he is a black man that I feel went that extra mile to help. I hope you can find out who he is so you know how good he is.

Great prices today while shopping for jeans. Clearance racks were full. This target is always clean. Even the bathrooms. There was a sketchy guy in the bra section talking to women. But couldn't figure out if he worked there and was security or what. He finally left the women's section and when we left the store - he was sitting next to one of the registers. It was just a little strange to shop for women's items with a strange man walking around and talking. And we appreciate Starbucks being right there.

They offer no Medium trunks in Pairs of Thiefs. Not leveled well in the store. Hell was hard to find and the register tech. Was slower than masses.
