I made a purchase of two jackets as an early Christmas gift purchase. For various reasons I brought the jackets back to see if I could just get store credit. The manager of the store looked up my purchase via my email and there it was, the receipt. She reduced it by $20! So, I decided to just keep the jackets and give them to other people in my family, rather than to lose $20 especially when they had the receipt from my email. It was only a few months. Jackets were brand new with the tags still on them. The manager had an attitude and her customer service was poor at best. I will think twice before I go shopping there ever again. There’s other stores, many other stores with just as nice of jackets with better customer service and so called store policies…

I really enjoy coming here to check out their selection, especially when it comes to winter jackets. The quality of their jackets is excellent warm, durable, and stylish. It’s my go-to spot when I need reliable winter gear. The staff is usually helpful, and the store is well organized, making it easy to find what you need. Definitely a great place for anyone looking for high-quality outdoor apparel.

Caught the 60% off everything sale today, well worth the drive from richmond. I got two hoodies, nylon shorts and two tees for under $100! The salespeople were great too

Very poor experience I walked in was not greeted the staff asked other customers around me did the need help and didn’t ask me once. I had to find help twice the young lady was nice the young man was confused. If the north face outlet in Williamsburg is only able to assist a certain demographic I believe WE THE CONSUMERS SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF SUCH . I walked right by the manager and he also didn’t ask did I need help as I was actively searching for both my children coats SMH 0 out of 10.

The store is extremely disrespectful towards their customers. I had been shopping in the store earlier and came back for something and arrived before closing time and knew exactly what I was grabbing to purchase. There were other customers in the store shopping but the doors were locked and the blonde-haired male employee refused to let me in, even though it was before closing posted hours and I would have been in and out before closing. Other customers were still perusing as the employee shook his head helplessly.

It was hard to find anyone to assist me while I was shopping. They had a limited stock in kids size but it was right after the holiday! They did have a god sale going on
