“It's a nice place if you smoke, cigarette prices are definitely cheaper but since I don't smoke anymore I haven't been there in a while. The candles that they sell that are supposed to hide the smoke smell don't but they do smell good when you're burning them LOL”
“All of the Tobacco Outlets in Williamsburg are great. However, I must point out the store on McLaws Road where the nicest woman named Karen works. She is terrific. As visitors, we stopped to just make a purchase but Karen was great in giving us tourist advice and was so friendly and knowledgable about everything. It was such a pleasure for us to visit. Being friendly and helpful and efficient is sometimes lost these days but Karen and her store remind us of the way customer service and cheerfulness and friendliness should be. She is THE best
