Every time I walk through the doors of this UPS Store, I’m greeted with a smile—usually from Jessica or Christy, who not only remember me but always treat me with warmth and professionalism. They’re friendly, courteous, and clearly know what they’re doing. Whether I’m dropping off (yet another 😂) Amazon return, shipping something important, printing documents, or using their shredding services, I always have a smooth and efficient experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff takes time to interact with customers in the best way. My packages always arrive safely and on time. Truly a great all-around experience every visit! Highly recommend! 📦👏📬

The warmth and friendliness of the people who are always there to help is refreshing. Today was a great example. I was walking in with a large package and someone ran out from behind the counter to hold open the door for me. I was very grateful for that service but not surprised because that is the way I feel like by I am always treated there.

Very strange! This morning the lady asked me to pay for the printing fee of the return form with a stern face. I have returned goods to this store many times. They only provided the return code and scanned it. I have never paid for the printing fee of scanning. Is it possible that each store has different policies?

EXCELLENT service experience, from packing fragile items to communicating every detail about shipping. They even crate and ship antique furniture! This UPS store saved me thousands of dollars by offering an affordable freight option for getting my mom's valuables across the country. I literally dumped 5 boxes of china, books and knickknacks in their store and they carefully packed it all and it arrived on time and perfect. They are courteous, helpful and go the extra mile, even coming to Williamsburg Landing after hours to retrieve things and arranging for local movers in Colorado to help unpack and lift heavy objects on the delivery end. I can't say enough good things about Elizabeth Varva and Jessica Cox. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
