I came to this post office for my passport paperwork. Spencer helped me out, and was very knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and helpful. There was also another person working behind the counter who was very kind and helpful to the people who came in, making everyone feel comfortable. I didn’t catch her name but I’m glad there are such nice people working there. Everyone seemed very helpful and capable.

The delivery driver blatantly lied. I was waiting to receive a package and when I used the tracking number (which I was updating frequently that day) it stated that no one was available or authorized to sign for the package. All lies. I'm pretty sure these people are federal employees and receive federal benefits, which means lying is an ethical violation meaning the worker can no longer be trusted to do their job. Looking at the ratings here, it looks like DOGE might need to pay a visit to USPS for some streamlining and efficiency as our tax dollars pay these people

Our mail has not been delivered or picked up (flag up) in two days! Why! Also when it is delivered it’s after 5:00PM! Late!

Mail man keep putting packages in the mailbox and now the mailbox is stuck and I can't open it is too hard to put a box in my porch.

Usually when I go there my transactions are fine but this time it wasn’t…a lady helped with me returning a package and she failed to seal the bag. I noticed it but I thought she was just in a rush to get the next person in line and was going to do it before sending it off. The company I sent it back to reached out and said they received an empty bag..luckily they are still going to refund me. I wonder how many other people this happened to that day dealing with that lady..she wasn’t kind either, I initiated and asked her how her day is going and she didn’t look me in the eye the whole transaction. She specifically was unprofessional..I wish I looked at her name tag to point her out

Just want to highlight a good experience we had renewing our daughter's passport. We made an appointment and Spencer was friendly and helped us right away. We had our documentation ready and it was a fast and painless process. Keep up the good work and thanks again!

The staff is great and it’s just a regular post office. However a few people complained about some homeless people staying inside at night and now instead of managing the situation they simply just lock the doors. What this means is that you cannot access your PO Boxes nor can you access the kiosk at your convenience. The hours you have access is only during the day and they often forget to unlock the doors on Sunday. I hope management takes a second more appropriate approach and fix this situation properly. If you want a PO Box and 24x7 access I would suggest using the Monticello Post Office in town.

They constantly deliver packages to the wrong address, nothing ever shows up on time if at all!!

I received an email that a package was delivered and it was not. I disputed and made a claim online. Two days later I learned that USPS said they spoke to me and that I did receive my package which was a lie. They closed my claim. Horrible!
