Not a human in sight. It’s all self service. I’ll NEVER go back!

Not that reviews matter here but I’ll still leave one. This location has the most unfriendly employees working here. I didn’t get to see the name tag of the person that did my transaction because her braids were covering it (I’m sure on purpose) but she has the nastiest attitude and should not be working with people (black woman with glasses and braids) Her and a woman named Rachel were working together and neither cracked a smile nor a hello. Both seemed miserable to be there and very unwilling to help customers. I’d be so embarrassed to know I hired employees like this. They seemed reluctant to tell customers that there was a surgery at the bottom of their receipts. I encourage everyone to take that survey and just maybe something will be done about this location and their very rude and unwelcoming employees. Multiple people had to step out of the line and get back in it because they refuse to actually help customers, they make you get out of line and figure out what to do on your own. You’d think that Williamsburg being such a nice town that we’d have decent service workers here and NOPE unfortunately these places are so desperate for employees that they’ll hire whatever applies to work there.

They have a self service station where you can get holiday stamps.

These people do NOT care about customers trying to call in the slightest, maybe pick up the phone because everyone can’t afford to come stand in line for 30 minutes to ask one question, and have some rando get snappy with you.

Literally the laziest people ever. I’ve had two package that the driver said was attempted to be delivered but there wasn’t a “safe place” to leave the package. I have a RING doorbell and nobody ever came to my door. When i talked to the lady at the front counter she said that they don’t deliver packages (no matter how small) to apartments past the second floor. but when i called and talked to customer service they said that was a lie. They need to do better ..i would’ve respected the answer more if she was just honest and said they were lazy and didn’t wanna do it instead of lying about having to do the job you applied for.

Save yourself time , you can’t print out pre paid label here despite what the self serve machine says. Guy at counter was cocky and rude to the woman before me and to me as well . I miss the nice postal service guy that use to work here!

It is NEVER properly staffed. Usually only 1 person working. Never anyone at the info desk to sell stamps and other mailing needs. Busy times occasionally have 2 people. This is a main post office for Williamsburg. Do better!

Long lines, slow service and to top it all off nothing is ever available ? place screams mediocrity and troubled packages ahead. Post office mentality in full effect.

The greatest experience at a post office I’ve ever had. Even though they were busy the line moved very quickly and there wasn’t any attitude as there usually is at most post offices.

The front counter are super helpful even when the line is out the door! I don't mind waiting - I'm used to lines plus they are super fast when helping customers. I do have a minor complaint about the passport lady because she did upset me when I went to apply for my passport when she said I may not get my passport because I was divorced over 32 years ago and didn't have my divorce paperwork - even though I've been married for 25 years to my current husband. Luckily I DID receive my passport (quickly too). It was just a very uncomfortable situation and my passport pic definitely reflects the conversation ?.

I can appreciate the difficulty of being a postal service worker. However, can you advise not to put boxes that are too big in small mailboxes. I can't get them out and we have Amazon lockers for that. I had to cut a box out of my mailbox and I'm a senior so it was quite a challenge. Please be mindful of things like this.
