We stopped in randomly while on vacation about 3-4wks ago. The owner, Denise, was there. She was honestly the most informative vape sales person I have ever encountered. Very knowledgeable, and she had most of her vapes with a sampler one(with sanitary rubbers ofc), which I loved! Most shops only have a few if any of their products to try... she had a ton! And some exclusive ones we had been looking for! We will definitely go back if ever in the area!

Best vape store in Williamsburg hands down. The couple that works here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They have paperwork/permits/authentication for the vapes they sell, which is very comforting. Love this place and the people that work here!!

Very helpful while patiently piecing the parts needed for a Vape which was aquired earlier that day, to get up and Smokin! Plus I told the owners (assumption) upfront that I wasnt going to buy anything, and they were still nice. I left feeling glad I asked my dumb questions, because they were all answered! Plus it was cold out side and my Dorkie (Dacsun/Yorkie) + Scout whos in the picture below, were blocked from entering the store because I didnt want them coming in if it meant pissing someone off, but the owners would have none of that, and there very first words from there mouth was your dogs can come in......

I have shopped at a handful of vape stores, but none of them can top Vape Zone. Everyone I've ever met who works there is warm and kind. They have a mindblowing amount of knowledge about vape mods, juices, and the latest news in the world of vaping. If you're lucky, you may even get one of them to show you a couple skilled tricks (far more advanced than making smoke rings)...! They know my tastes well enough that they can recommend new juices for me to try. I asked about one and the employee said, "Well, it's weird... but it's good." Sign me up! They also know that I am clumsy. I cannot possibly remember the number of times I have broken a tank or a mod. Based on my propensity to drop vapes and break them, they help me pick out the most durable mods they have in stock. They even ordered an "unbreakable" tank for me. Can confirm: it's unbreakable. If there's a way to break it, I will find it (accidentally). My current vape has been able to endure the abuse of a human tempest. VapeZone also has a loyalty card and, my memory is on par with my gracefulness, so, fortunately, they let you choose to carry your card on you or leave it with them behind the counter. TL;DR: VapeZone is the best vape store around. I don't care if someone opens a vape store right next door to my house: I'm a loyal VapeZone customer and I love the wonderful folks who I know there. I've been to other vape stores in Virginia, including Richmond, and none of them can compete with VapeZone.

I have been to VapeZone several times and have always received top-notch customer service! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. They have helped guide me on vaping. If you were trying to quit smoking, the vaping has helped me tremendously!!

The employees at VapeZone are laid back, friendly, and encyclopedias on vaping. Do you have a question about coils? You're covered. Have you broken every tank you've ever owned? Then you're clumsy like I am and VapeZone staff ordered an "indestructable" tank for me. Challenge accepted, I thought. If anyone can break this thing, it would be me. I have had this indestructible tank for months longer than any other tank I've used and there's not even a scratch on it. There are all kinds of juice flavors and the employees have different taste from each other, so you'll always get a great recommendation when you need help deciding, which is great for the indecisive. Be a loyal customer and you'll get a juice card to stamp every time you buy juice. Once you fill up your card with VapeZone stamps, you won't have to spend as much on your next trip to stock up on juices. I leave my card with them so I don't lose it. Five out of five stars for the folks at VapeZone. You'll be in good hands.
