I took my 12 yo to get glasses three days ago. We filled a tray with potential pairs, took photos, and returned unwanted pairs to their proper slots. Once we got to three pairs, we went to ask the one salesperson in duty for help. She was not busy at that time. She explained my daughter's favorite pair was too small for her face.Fine.The second choice, a plastic bodied pair, weren't my daughter's first choice, but did draw one's gaze to her striking eyes. The third pair, a wire pair, was pretty, but presented with some concerns once we sat down. I started remembering the issues I'd myself had with wire nose pad glasses, and attempted to point those concerns out...bent posts, caught hair, hunting for missing nose pads, off kilter angles, potential nose pressure headaches. Also, while my daughter's hair was braided away from her face that day, usually it is a crazy mass of gorgeous long curls...but it is also prone to getting caught in almost anything, and is nearly always in her eyes.In any case, every time I attempted to gently direct my daughter towards the less difficult, and still pretty frame, the salesperson insisted on superceding my authority by making comments such as, "Sweetie, remember, you have to wear these...choose what YOU like best."Despite my best efforts to indicate a preference for the salesperson to cease, she did not. My daughter HAD chosen all three pairs and had said she liked all three, but the salesperson's obvious preference for the wire pair influenced my gal towards them and away from my legitimate suggestions.I didn't want to rock the boat as that is not my personality, so we walked out having ordered the wire pair.Once we left, I realized it was too much of a potentially annoying problem to let go, so I went back, but the store was closed. We went home and I called from home after looking at the paperwork. I noticed that it claimed we'd denied wanting a warranty, which wasn't true. We were never asked. We ALWAYS buy the warranty for our kids. Since there is a 'Satisfaction, Guaranteed' warantee, we chose to call back later.I called later that afternoon and was met with a disgruntled voice that claimed it was necessary to put me on hold before "dealing with me."The salesperson then returned and agree to add the warranty, though apparently it was "my fault" because it had been said that the lenses on the glasses would be treated similarly to the last order (mine), and apparently that covered the lack of a warranty, too. When I asked the salesperson why they kept encouraging my daughter to choose what she preferred vs. what I suggested, making it difficult for me to offer my advice, she told me I shouldn't have given a choice in the first place. TBH, I didn't know the favorite plastic pair was too small. I assumed we'd be getting those. I also hadn't remembered the difficulties that might exist with the wire frames. I was doing my best.I asked why, if she disagreed with my choices and suggestions, she couldn't just move away and do something else, choose not to offer an opinion on that pair, or be kindly supportive since what I was saying did make sense? The salesperson immediately took offense and accused me of telling her to "shut up" and insisted she wasn't going to shut up for anybody. If I didn't like what had been done, she said I just needed to tell my daughter what to do.She finally offered to cancel the order and refund our money, but it's just not enough.Stubborn me, I guess, had to be confused as to why this person would accuse me of telling her to shut up when I never did. EVER. I simply suggested she let me take point and willingly choose to not push my daughter to do the opposite of what I was trying to lead her towards. When I made that statement, SHE HUNG UP ON ME, after insisting that NOBODY was going to tell ger to shut up.I was honestly never rude. I've been repeatedly polite when purchasing glasses there before. I am sorry if she was ov

Good luck getting an appointment at this place. I was told there was nothing available for months to get a basic eye exam. Guess the doctor here works part-time or something.

Really enjoyed this experience. Great store layout made selecting frames easy. Staff, Matthew, was very helpful and placed our order without problems. Wait time is Two weeks - not bad for new glasses. Not our first time with this store for our family and we have always been happy with the service snd the products!

My eyeglasses, started to get loose, started sliding off my face at work, at home, everywhere I went. It. was aggravating. I'm not a current customer, but it was on my way home. Mathew there, took care of it, and I am happily pleased of how manipulated the frames to fit perfect. Thanks for your help Mathew! Awesome individual, I will make this my home to get my eyecare stuff done

The staff here are very friendly and helpful! The 2 young ladies that helped me out when I got my glasses were informative on insurance benefits and all in all made my experience a smooth one. It was a Saturday evening, early November. I believe one lady's name was Crystal, but I'm unsure of the other lady's name.

A young lady and a guy named Roger helped me when I came in for glasses. They were both visibly upset that I arrived at 5:30 pm and they closed at 6 pm.The girl would barely talk to me and hurried me through picking lenses then started to clean up as is she were leaving so Roger took over. He also hurried me through the process and failed to inform me of all the options. I'm returning my glasses because I can barely see out of them. They never asked why I wanted to return them, they just started three process. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
