Very friendly place. Store is neat as a pin. Having Labcorps inside is an added plus.

Terrible customer service. Left me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up with speaking or letting me speak.

Should not have the vaccine check in line the same as prescriptions check in. Waited over 30 minutes to check in with a line of only 5 people.

They know me. I know them. They get the job done every time. They get busy. Be aware. But they care.

This store has the worst customer service ever. No one is happy to be working there and their face shows it. Anytime you need help you have inconvenienced them. Don't get me started on their photo dept ..they charged me twice for same item two days apart and I am still trying to get a refund. Curbside is another joke no one is ever at the counter to pick it up, they have to call someone to come help you and then again you are an inconvenience for them to do their job. They have no smiles on their face and act as if they are the most miserable people alive. No more Walgreens for me.

Great to have open this late. People need pharmacies later in evening too , 24 hour is even better. Serving the area

Honestly I read the reviews but I didn't believe it. However we asked for a prescription to be transferred because my husband forgot his at home while on vacation and 3 days later it was still not done. This place is insane do not use this pharmacy, they might sound nice on the phone but do not care about their patients. Horrible pharmacy

This place is a nightmare! Sadly my insurance Walgreens is all we can use! You have to wait 12-24 hours every time for a prescription. They hung up on my as I said it’s a much needed order!

This pharmacy has gone all to hell. I have never waited so long for prescription pick up. Why does the drive through take so long for them to even get your name? Totally ridiculous. Try to go inside? Just as bad. Do NOT recommend this place.

I would do negative stars if it let me. Prescription was supposed to be ready at 2:45. At 4, it wasn't ready. The only pharmacist on site was too busy giving Covid shots that he couldn't fill subscriptions. These were post surgery meds for pain. Not a happy camper.

Its apparent Walgreen is always swamped with long waits in the store pharmacy and the drive-thru. I am assuming because so many people in Williamsburg have government contracted insurance (i.e Tricare). They definitely need another store or two in Williamsburg. You do not see these wait times in other pharmacies like CVS (who have multiple locations) and other general store/supermarket pharmacies. I would gladly pay a couple of extra dollars for Walgreens to sub-contract/farm out their prescription dispensery operation to the less conjested pharmacies in the area. It would be worth it to not have a wait of 1/2 hour to 1 hour just to pick up your meds.

I cannot understand why or how more than four people working behind a counter cannot manage to provide speedy service to MORE than four people standing in line for said counter. Are they THAT stupid? Can they not READ? Is the problem bigger than Walgreens? On EVERY occasion to que, the individuals behind the counter seem to have great difficulty with some unknown issue. Is it the customers? Are they expecting MORE service than you provide? Is there a way for me to simply walk-in and pick up my paid for prescription? Can you hire robots?

This store is uniformly a nightmare. The pharmacy is always backed up both in the drive-through and inside the store. There was no one at the register while I waited 15 min. Until another customer told me that they were only checking folks out at the Photo window. After waiting another 15 min in line, the clerk rang up my purchases wrong- could not figure out how to use the sale prices. The supervisor was overwhelmed and equally helpless. For goodness sake, just CLOSE and quit trying to be a drug store.
