The staff there are super rude. I was trying to use my rewards and they refused to split the purchase to use them saying "one they start a transaction they can't cancel it" which I know it a lie. They are just lazy. Then they tried to mansplain the reward system to me and treated me like I was stupid. Altogether very crass and unprofessional.

I would give zero stars if I could. Whatever you do, do not try to print photos there. Staff was no help. Wasted 15 minutes. Go to CVS just down the street and be done in 2 minutes flat.

Made an appt, showed up early and after an hour and 15 minutes still hadn't been seen and was passed over by two other customers waiting for the same thing. I asked for a refund and the pharmacist had a bunch of attitude even tho I was just trying to leave to not get vomit everywhere as my body had maxed out it's out of bed time. Ended up just leaving when the pharmacist got mad that she couldn't use the scanner. Sucks cause everyone else was really nice despite the back up

After retiring from the United States Marines and 28 years has a cop I decided to switch all my prescriptions to 1309 Richmond road Walgreens. I am now switching back to rite aid at 5:20 West broad Street in Richmond Virginia and driving 45 miles to ensure I can get my prescriptions on time as needed unlike at Walgreens. Their ability to communicate effectively with dates prescriptions will be filled is that a zero their ability to get medications that are on backorder is at zero and they don't like to convey these because they don't want to lose your money you will wait for weeks at a time for medications and still not have them. By far I'm in my sixties and this is the worst pharmacy chain that I've ever dealt with in my life. Complaints were made request to speak to supervisors were made through not only corporate but also at store level I have yet to hear from them and it's been almost 2 months about my most recent dilemma with them and I said this was the final draw rite aid it's worth the drive and they truly are honest and care about their patrons.

Staff are friendly & helpful. Store is well-stocked. Pharmacy staff are great, and they have weekend hours, which many places cannot offer these days.

I went in to get a flu shot (third attempt because CVS seemed to be having scheduling issues). I was promptly greeted by the pharmacy technicians and confirmed my information with them. While I was waiting, a belligerent women at the drive thru harassed multiple staff members. The staff members kept their cool while handling her and other customers. I was able to receive my vaccine with no issues and was shocked and pleasantly surprised by how professional the staff continued to be. Everyone is short-staffed and everyone needs to be treated with kindness. I will definitely use this Walgreens again.

There is a technician who works in the pharmacy department by the name of Jasmine. She was very rude to me today. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and never once have I experienced someone as rude as this young lady. I will be switch to CVS because they pride themselves on customer service.Horible, horrible pharmacy, and not all Walgreens, but only this one.

It’s at least a 1 hour commitment to get someone from Pharmacy to answer the phone. They’re super pleasant in person but good luck if you ever need to call.

After waiting 30 minutes to connected on the phone to a pharmacist. A man in the pharmacy department answered the phone. He was very rude!!! Cutting me off when I was talking !! And wouldn’t look into the issue I was having his response was I have no idea in a rude tone! Almost as if he wanted to hang up on me! I’ve never had this issue with any of the other staff while on the phone

Very disappointed slowest pharmacy in Williamsburg I was told that my prescription was ready forPick up when I get there she tells me its not ready.... I over heard a lady conversation that was infront of me saying hers was supposed to be ready yesterday and still today its not ready COME ON GET IT TOGETHER

Should not have the vaccine check in line the same as prescriptions check in. Waited over 30 minutes to check in with a line of only 5 people.

I went there for my son's urgent passport photo and older lady make me feel very uncomfortable with in front of other people I called before I go there I try my best to go earlier but it was around 8pm I understand it's busy day and she must've be tired and be little professional........

This store has the worst customer service ever. No one is happy to be working there and their face shows it. Anytime you need help you have inconvenienced them. Don't get me started on their photo dept ..they charged me twice for same item two days apart and I am still trying to get a refund. Curbside is another joke no one is ever at the counter to pick it up, they have to call someone to come help you and then again you are an inconvenience for them to do their job. They have no smiles on their face and act as if they are the most miserable people alive. No more Walgreens for me.
