They don't deserve 1 Star, but it's the lowest option available! Today, we purchased 4 Prescriptions, and they claim at counter that 3 of them are not covered by insurance, but they gave GoodRx price on them. When we returned home, we find that each of the 3 prices we paid are far greater than the GoodRX prices. It's bad enough getting generic, but do any of us really want medication made in China - unless you are celebrating the 4th Anniversary of Covid hitting our lives! One medication was made in Croatia and the other China - the other 2 are made in an unknown location! We have attached 2 photos - the first photo shows how Walmart hides the country of origin "China" by a label, giving the consumer the false advertisement that the medication was made in the United States, while the 2nd photo reveals the truth that Walmart was hiding! We called the pharmacy, and they refuse to allow us to speak to District Manager. It's time for consumers to stand up to Walmart for their consumer fraud practices!!! Now, instead of taking medication to get better, we have to have Drs. Office call in prescriptions to a legitimate pharmacy and not a scam like Walmart!!!

Should be shut down. It takes over 30 minutes for anything. A phone call or drive through. How long does it take to pass medicine to someone in there vehicle yet you will wait over 30 minutes. Call them on the phone & they act as though they are so busy.

Worst Pharmacy experience I’ve ever had, they could not or would not fill a widely prescribed drug claiming “supply chain issues.” Could not even project when they would fill it. Drug is immediately available elsewhere with GoodRX. Walmart prides itself on customer service; definitely not true at this Walmart Pharmacy.

They have dropped the ball bad at this pharmacy! Went to pick up rxs and waited 20-25 minutes at curbside then made sure to check them before leaving to find WRONG medications refused to accept and waited over an hour for 1 to be fixed and left without the other, this was after waiting 6 days to get them filled and they still hadn't completed the order! Looking for new pharmacy guess I'll have to get my medication in another county SMH

Since this COVID-19 Virus has hit the US, the Wife and I have used Walmart's groceriey pick up service a lot. We are in our high 70's and I have underlying causes which it is in our best interest not to not be exposed that much. The service is user friendly to navigate on their site for ordering. We thank those involved in Shopping for us and when called our order is always ready when we arrive The attendants are courteous and dedicated to their job. They handle our groceries with consideration and care. We have never found damaged eggs or bread, for example. I hope they are paid a nice salary, for they will not take a tip. In our opinion we are grateful for them helping us out in this time of need. The person behind this idea is to be congratulated and the team should be too! We will continue to use this service during this time of need. Being military retired, we usually frequent the F.T. Eustis Commissary, but we may continue to use this service after the country opens back up. The prices are a little higher, but we save gas not having to go to the military post to get groceries. I tip my hat for a job well done.

Be it for my son or me, this Walmart pharmacy has always been nice, polite and helpful. Kris is amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me find coupons when the prescription was way too much. There are three pharmacist there, I do not now their names but their always helpful as well.

Worst pharmacy ever, in my opinion. Rude and unhelpful. After suffering their incompetence for over 10 years I'm switching to a new pharmacy. A one star rating is one star too many.

I don't use this pharmacy for all my meds but my experience with them is very pleasant. The Pharmacist, Cynthia always greets me and always willing to help me. There's Kathy who I know her for over ten years. Corporate doesn't supply resources but under all circumstances they are pleasant and provide good and speedy service. I give them a lot of credit because they don't deal with pleasant clientele.

Normally one of the best in town, but I actually waited for prescription for 35 minutes just to be told it wouldn't be in until the next day. The next day arrives and then I'm told the medicine is out of stock. So now, medicine that I needed I have to wait 3 days to actually get. Extremely disappointed!!

This pharmacy deserves 5 stars because the pharmacist on duty today was was an absolute blessing. It seemed like everything was going wrong today, late waits at the dr then finding out that my 9m old has RSV AND an ear infection but then I get to the pharmacy with some relief that my son will start feeling better soon only to find out that my insurance was declining, and my moms card had also declined. Of corse the day I have no cash on me and my son is screaming in pain in the back seat, I'm praying for a miracle while trying to rock the whole car to soothe him. Almost in tears, the pharmacist comes up to the window and says she's taken care of it for me, the receipts stapled to the bag and try to have a better day. Thank you so much for not only being a great neighborhood Walmart pharmacy but for serving your community full heartedly. I left in tears because no one has ever looked out the way she did. I was so in awe and relieved.

Service at this Walmart is atrocious all the employees are like a scene from The Walking Dead. They look unhappy and aren't in a rush to help you. The auto service center crew is the exception Pam, Joe and the rest of the auto service center crew are amazing. So take your car there and you'll get excellent customer service. But the rest of the store needs some customer service training.

Seven years ago, I had shingles. It hurts, even after it clears up. Tuesday I had a mole biopsied over the area of the shingles and woke the virus up. Since Tuesday, constantly, I have had a harsh stinging And is swollen around the area. My doctor called in a prescription to this pharmacy. When I called, they said the cost is $207. Two phone calls and 3 times them telling me that amount, made me believe they were serious. I called my previous pharmacy, Bennetts Creek Pharmacy in Suffolk and their price was less than 1/3 that amount. I called Food Lion Pharmacy in Quinton,VA and the cost to fill the same prescription, that they retrieved from Walmart Pharmacy was $18.47! I am in a LOT of pain and the last thing I wanted to do was drug price shopping. Shame on you Walmart Pharmacy, you have failed the in pain patients here.

Friendly, usually the best cost. Easy in and out. They have a drive through
