Walmart advertises contactless payments, i.e. Apple Pay but they don't accept Apple Pay! Take it off the website because it is legally considered false advertisement.

I have never met so many rude, disgruntled employees in my life. The only person who smiled was the greeter! The rest were surly and clearly not happy working there. I wonder what management is like. I have never been a regular Walmart shopper and will likely never set foot in another after this experience.

My buddy and I decided to try chicken wings from dominoes. They were terrible. Five minutes later we were throwing up in the Walmart bathroom. And a couple more times in the parking lot. Sorry Walmart...

Nicole in photography had no reason to help me, yet she did. In fact, she could've gone about her business and i wouldn't have had any one to be mad at except myself for coming in to make prints at the last minute (9:50, and the latest you can input pics is 9pm if you want them same day - which I NEEDED). Luckily, Nicole's customer service is exemplary and she makes walmart feel like a small business by the way she cared and actually sought out solutions for me. She printed my photos out by hand so I could give my sister in law her graduation gift on time (while simultaneously keeping me out of the proverbial dog house! ) For this, I'll only be using this walmart location for my photo service needs moving forward. Thanks, Nicole!

This establishment has very poor customer service. They say they cannot cash a government check if the name on it is not identical to my ID. It has the same address, same last and first name but the IRS leaves off the last 2 letters of my first name. They do the same to my husband's first name on the checks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. 6 employees were surrounding 1 register to reload somebody's gift card. Apparently it is a very complex situation to handle. Go figure....

This Walmart is very big, and has everything you could want. In addition to groceries, there is clothing, toys, furniture and even fabric, if you like to sew. The store is fairly well organized and staff is generally polite and helpful. There's acres of free parking. Check out lanes include both self-service and full-service. People interested in gardening will be pleased to know they have lots of products related to that. During Christmas time, they have a wide variety of Christmas decorations (including large inflatable lawn figures) and fake trees. Price are kept fairly low for groceries, as opposed to other local grocery stores, like Food Lion.

This is the worst walmart ever been, first when you are looking for something you want it is hard to find as Fairlife chocolate milk, I went 4 days in a row to try to buy but empty rack, and also yesterday I walked to the ice cream aisle and I found a broken freezer door with a piece of carton and all the breaking glass on the floor with not warning signs. This is insane and dangerous, specially for kids if they can be walking and not paying attention, The manager in this store should be fired and all the lazy staff.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions I tried the order online pick up at store system. Most of the items I requested were available with a few exceptions. Some substitutions were rejected by me. The shopper must have been someone who was clueless about food prep / cooking. People who arrived after me were served before me which was irritating. The worst thing was either my credit card information was stolen from the Walmart online / app system or an employee took down the information because a week later multiple attempts to make purchases using my account information were made ! Not cool. This organization was the only time my data was provided on line. Luckily Discover was on top of the situation and alerted me so I could deny the purchases.

Walmart is a 24 hr establishment and this Walmart decides to be close. This is a huge inconvenience because my significant other and I were looking to at least get something to bring to the room to eat. For this Walmart to be closed for only 6 hours

This Walmart Supercenter is always clean despite constantly being busy. When my family visits, this is always a sure stop for fresh fruits and vegetables, snacks, beverages, and everyday essentials. The lines never seem to be too long and the staff is always friendly. If you are traveling through, this is a great place to get what you need.

Average Walmart with seasonal items. As always, not many lanes open. Self*checkout is available.

Had to really use the restroom. Walked up to the door at the same exact moment as the cleaning person. I asked if it was ok for me to pop in and she nodded her head no. So my only other option was to either walk to the back of the store or try to wait until I got home. 2 seconds faster and I would have made it in before her.

Store is clean enough and fairly well-stocked. As in many Walmarts, it is woefully understaffed. I've been waiting 30 minutes to return a $20 swimsuit. One cashier has been working with one client the whole time. The other is doing her best to manage the rest of the line. It's almost as if they want to make returns so painful you'll just eat the cost. A manager came and helped two people and then disappeared. Sigh. Walmart truly does suck.

Took a cold Wednesday am walk from nearby Great Wolf Lodge to pickup breakfast items. (Proximity bumps a 3.5 experience to 4 stars as there's not much else nearby, unless you crave Sonic or The Huntsman Grill). If you're living under a rock and not in the know, "Supercenters" have full-on grocery stores AND department stores all under 1 roof. Parking lot was empty with minor debris. Upon entry, I was greeted by a friendly employee, the first/last to acknowledge me despite encountering numerous others while shopping. Time of day could have been a factor, which may also account for how well stocked and clean the store appeared. Observed lots of clear signage, including advertisements for "order ahead grocery pickup" with corresponding parking spaces. My score? half gallon of OJ, half gallon of chocolate milk and blackberries (12oz) for $8. The only checkout open was self-checkout. Normally, I wouldn't mind but of course, typical WalMart shenanigans: shelf prices and checkout prices were different for 2 of the 3 items, with $1.50+ in favor of "the house." At that difference and with no other customers waiting, I asked for price adjustment assistance. It was eventually resolved by a front end supervisor for 1 of the 2 items. Ironically, he took more time overriding 1 price than he would have spent checking me out. Of course, I'll still give the Walton family my business.

So this is more a review of the Walmart grocery pickup. I have been into the store as well and it is nothing spectacular just a basic Walmart. But the grocery pickup app was easy to use and the store location is super convenient to the highway so I am able to leave work, get groceries, then get right on the highway to go home
