Normally love wawa. Never had an issue..... But how do you forget to put the chicken salad on a chicken salad sandwich...... 30 minute lunch break means I just have to eat and sandwich of toppings.... Cool

Wawa is always a solid stop. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. The food is consistently good, and I especially love their iced coffee, it's one of my go-to favorites. The gas pumps are easy to access, but parking can get a little crowded during busy times. Overall, it’s a great one-stop spot for gas, food, and a quick break.

This is by far the best customer service that I have ever received at a Wawa! I ordered an ice cream parfait. I have been on a parfait kick lately so I have probably gone to almost every Wawa from Williamsburg to Va Beach in the last 2 months. Most of them don’t even have their ice cream machine turned on! According to the Wawa website and the app, the ice cream machine should be on from 7am-2 or 3am. This does not happen at all Wawas. If the machine isn’t down then it’s the worker visibly annoyed to have to make an ice cream parfait. Today the drink “barista” was very cheerful and when I picked up my parfait he said “Enjoy your ice cream parfait” as he was walking to the back room. The cashier rang me up and said at the end “And I think your parfait has been called as ready.” Guarantee he heard that in the ear speaker. He didn’t have to tell me that, or even listen out for my order, but I can tell that’s how they have been trained. Then on the way out the door, the SECOND cashier up front, yes I said second cashier. What gas station have you been in lately that actually had all registers manned and ready to serve their customers?? None! The fact that the manager schedules enough people to have 2 cashiers speaks Volume about this store and it’s management. Kudos to the manager of this store, I haven’t received that level of customer service in a long time. Contact from 3 employees that was exceptional.

This is my go to Wawa! It’s a newer one so fuel tanks must be in a better shape, hence quality of fuel might be better. The only bummer is that you can’t make a left turn to enter the gas station if you are on lightfoot road but it’s no big deal once you know you just turn in from Richmond road.
Don’t go inside the store as much but when I do I’m sort of surprised by staff behavior, they are not as friendly as I was used to at other Wawa locations. I guess it’s a training thing, shortage of qualified candidates and turnover rates.

Absolute worst sandwich ever. Ask for the bun to be untoasted and it was toasted till it had black spots on it. Ask for extra meat and white American cheese got no extra meat and provolone cheese.

The black lady who is the manager In the mornings is very very rude and always has a attitude and talks to customers like they're stupid. The food is always super slow, and never made correct. The drinks are always half way stocked and parking is a mad house.

The food is not bad, but the workers serve cold. Of course I don't recommend it. I'd like to go and buy for that place. When is it supposed to be hot.

I am delighted to provide a comprehensive review of Jamie, an outstanding employee at the Richmond Rd & Lightfoot Rd Wawa location. Jamie consistently demonstrates remarkable qualities of vibrancy, patience, engagement, and diligence in her role.During two separate visits to the store, both myself and my granddaughter, and later my wife and I, encountered Jamie and were immediately struck by her exceptional customer service. While I ordered a breakfast burrito during one of my visits and was unsatisfied with it once I left, I never made a complaint. Instead, I observed Jamie's jaw-dropping efforts to assist an elderly gentleman who was in need. Despite the bustling store environment, Jamie displayed unwavering patience and dedication as she went above and beyond to help the gentleman, acting as a true granddaughter figure to him.On both occasions, Jamie's integrity shone through as she diligently assisted the gentleman, even while his daughter was on the phone in another state, coordinating with her to fulfill his desires. She worked tirelessly to ensure the gentleman's needs were met, displaying a level of compassion and empathy that truly sets her apart.As a grandfather myself, I couldn't help but envision a day where my wife and I might require assistance in our old age, and I couldn't think of anyone better suited for the task than Jamie. This is a typical Wawa location it’s clean and has a great selection. The cashier was kind and this store has a great selection of coffee and made to order foods.
