Mike was absolutely amazing, he was communicative on his way to me, took photos of the before and after, used tools to not cause damage, and saved me from an otherwise dangerous accident. Thank you so much for helping me out so effectively and carefully I will recommend you to everyone I know and I’ll remember this company in the future

Very impressed with Mike. Professional, kind, and provided quality customer service. Daughter’s car broke down on way home from college at 7 pm. Took my call immediately and gave me a time they would arrive. Offered fair price to tow car 50 miles away. When delay happened they apologized and offered solution to get family could get home sooner than later. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Mike!

Michael was awesome! The team at Wheel Wizard rescued my son and I after my car broke down at Busch Gardens. Michael got there quickly and helped guide me through a stressful experience. Highly recommend the Wheel Wizard team. PS- my son says to give Michael a raise. ?

I was traveling from Camp Lejeune NC to Williamsburg VA with important cargo, 54 Marines, when we broke down on I-64. The last thing you want is to break down on the Interstate, but when that happened to me, I was lost on who would provide the service we needed with a coach bus. I was lucky enough to come across a buisness named Wheel Wizard Towing after many attempts with other companies. The man who took my call was understanding and helpful. The driver came more quickly than promised and he was friendly, polite, and professional. I felt safe throughout the entire experience which was our number one priority was to keep the marines safe. The gentleman was able to get us off the the interstate and repair the bus for us to get to our destination. I am extremely grateful for this tow company. Highly recommend.- Karen

Devon and Michael were awesome! I was stuck in the Road and no one could get to me but them. Devin showed up and before he got out his truck he had already called for a second truck for me and my kids to ride in. Michael showed and was totally awesome. He made it us feel at ease, we had great conversation and laughed a lot. After Michael left Devon stayed and we talked about the truck and he even got under the truck and helped my husband figure out exactly what had happened! These two are awesome together and work efficiently with one another. I will definitely be using them and referring these two specifically. I also wanna give a shout out to the ASAP TOWING woman who answered the phone, she wasn’t able to get anyone to me in time so she told me Wheel Wizard was close to me and they could probably get someone out to me real soon and she was RIGHT!!!

Such a blessing. My son was stranded driving an electric car. We could not find a tow company anywhere that would tow him to the dealer for less than $500. Jason, the owner reached out to us to see what he could do to help at 6:55am. He not only gave us an extremely less price, he demonstrated such care and concern. Not to mention, he reached out to us to help after the insurance company really wasnt the help we needed them to be. I would suggest Wizard wheelz for all of your towing needs. They are the best with pricing and excellence in customer service! Thanks Jason!

This morning on my way to the airport a deer ran into the road and we hit it. The airbags came out and we couldn’t continue to the drive car. We called Triple A and they said we’d be waiting for three hours even though we weren’t in a safe place. I called Wheel Wizard and they were there within 20 minutes and even drove us to the airport for us to still catch our flight. Their service is top tier and I would call them every time!! They even checked in after the fact to make sure we were okay and wish us well. Thank you all so much !!!! Oh and shout out to the driver - I don’t remember his name but this is him!!!!

I needed a car moved to my friend's house to do some repairs, the driver left his house where he was spending time with his family just to help me out and profusely apologized about the long wait time.He was incredibly professional and efficient, and an all around super cool guy to talk to.On top of that, I called to get an idea of when the driver would be out and had my call answered from home where they still made time to talk to me and keep me informed.This is without a doubt the best towing service I've ever used, and highly recommend them to everyone.Thanks guys!!
