Chicken was hard to find on the sandwich, and appeared to be thinly sliced processed variety. Essentially bread with pesto and couple slices of tomato.

Don’t get me wrong the food is decent if you are trying to find a place to go in and get out though this is not the place to do so. The workers are so quiet when they said my name I couldn’t hear them then I waited twenty minutes till the finally yelled it so I could hear it. Overall I will not eat here again.

Very good sandwich shop. A nice variety to choose from. I often use the app and just pick up my sandwich. Clean store. Everyone has been pleasant and polite. Plenty of parking and seating.

Empty hand sanitizer, no ice in machine (but upon request was delivered ice from employee), food took about 20 minutes to come out. Bread needed a little more moisture. Very poor water pressure. Not a great location for 4 guys to get burgers on Friday

Very good subs. Update 1/10/2024 Very slow 4 employees only on making sandwiches. Slowest I ever experienced at this place. Disappointed ☹️

It's not that it's bad it's just mediocre. They usually forget my fries. The sandwiches are usually more sloppy than I would prefer. This last time was a DoorDash order and they put the cups in the bag.... Soooo yep, no drinks. I haven't gotten a complete order in the last 3 times I have ordered..... so probably the 3rd strike rule should apply.

Wife insisted on driving 30 minutes from Newport News for me to eat here, so here's my review. The cashier seemed a bit nervous, might have been new, (I hold NO shame here) but rather friendly and polite. According to the receipt he was server WW416.The price seemed a bit high for a sub shop. $51.33 for a super sub + large sub + fries + chips + 2 large drinks (though I did get the fun "souvenir" cups). Added on the standard 15% To Insure Prompt Service ? which apparently means nothing now days but I digress.Now begins the wait ?? with 4 sandwiches made ahead of mine. I got my fries 21 minutes after ordering (they were good, especially since they were simple salted crinkle fries) to which an employee asked if I was still waiting for my sandwich. Wife received her sandwich (Large double Turkey and cheese) 3 minutes later and I finally received my sandwich (Super Wicked) 4 minutes after that. So a lovely 28 minutes for 2 sandwich combos... ?Bare minimum communication with the staff regarding anything aside from just placing my order. What was I expecting...not sure really, just hungry and waiting.Now for the food... ???Wife says hers was good ? I think I spoiled her with my homemade bread the past 2 weeks. Mine on the other hand... Really good! Both had a hint of sourdough aroma (REALLY hope it's supposed to!) which was a nice twist. The meat combination was amazing combined with 3 cheese ? and the special Mt Dew flavor (Vibe) OMG that's good!Overall, I'd like to enjoy another but can't seem to justify driving 30 minutes to spend $50 on 2 sub meals when I have closer options near me. Sorry, but it is just my opinion. If Which Wich was closer.... I'd still have a hard time spending $50 for 2 meals and waiting half an hour.Thanks for the meal, experience, and taste, but sadly I can only recommend to try it, not to keep coming back.And love the twist to ordering. Pick a bag, mark want you want, hand it in to order. If my little one was with us, he would love to draw on a bag and post it on their community wall. Very cool for kids way to entertain the kids while waiting.

I was traveling to Williamsburg on vacation. I found this place online and tried it. What a pleasant surprise! They do loads of things differently than a typical fast food place. They do not use napkins here, they have rolls of paper towels. You order your sandwiches on a long brown paper bag, which is then used to package your sandwich after it is made. More interestingly, the brown paper bags are also used for local artwork (see photos): people make drawings about monsters, comic book characters, football players, animals,........ on these brown paper bags and post them on the wall, It is called the "Community Board." I almost missed this, they have a dispenser, it runs on tokens, for yellow M&M's. Yellow, get it?, that is the color of this fast food chain. I had a small cup of these M& M's for dessert. Where do you get a token, you ask one of the staff and they give you one for free, a nice touch. I ordered the black bean avocado sandwich, made in a spinach wrap. It was delicious, and healthy. They provide calorie information on all of the sandwiches. I also ordered a soda to drink. The fries are apparently a big thing at this place, I did not try them this time. The service was very good. I naturally had lots of questions as there were so many interesting features of this restaurant, the staff were willing to answer me even though the facility was crowded. This place is not expensive, an additional bonus.

Sharon was very helpful. and cleaned down the table that I wanted. She always greets me with a smile when I first walk in. Amazing Customer Service.
