I started using Williamsburg Honda service due to its proximity to my workplace. I found them to be professional and very efficient so when it came time to buy a new CRV, I thought I’d give them a try(I live 35 miles away). I was lucky enough to get Jessica Bailey as my salesperson. At the time of our first contact, I wasn’t yet ready to finalize the purchase. Jessica never pressured me. When I decided to move forward, Jessica was there providing an outstanding, no pressure sales experience backed by extensive product knowledge. She took time to set up my phone and explain my new car’s features.
From start to finish, Jessica consistently went above and beyond. I highly recommend Jessica Bailey and Williamsburg Honda!

I just observed great customer service at the service desk and parts desk. When the rep got a call about a Hyundai car, he clarified whether the customer meant Hyundai and then transferred her to the correct store. Separately, I asked about a center cap for an Odyssey to replace one I had lost awhile ago. The parts rep happened to have an extra and simply handed it over without question. Customer focus is rare these days, so thank you.

I recently purchased a CRV from Williamsburg Honda. I was lucky to have Tetyana Hart as my sales consultant. Tetyana’s 10 years of working here showed in her knowledge of the various cars. I told her what options I wanted in my new car and she showed me one with everything I asked for and more. The financing process was seamless, and when I was concerned about making sure the car was covered with my insurance, she called my insurance company, somehow reached an agent after 5pm, had them add the CRV to my policy and printed new coverage cards! This is the first car buying experience I have had that wasn’t stressful. Tetyana’s knowledge, friendliness and enthusiasm made it easy.

What an amazing experience at this dealership. My son is stationed on the Naval base nearby and needed a car. We spent two hours at the Nissan dealership and had nothing but frustration at the fact they weren’t honoring anything they had advertised. We went to Honda and within 15 minutes of working with Jessica Bailey, we were buying a car. Jess was amazing, she set us up with rates, let us test drive two cars and we were set. She really worked with us, got us some great discounts and incentives. She is absolutely phenomenal. It’s a credit to the owners that every one of your team provided great customer service. In just 15 minutes of entering Honda, Jessica washed away our whole bad experience at the other dealership. They really take care of their customers and you feel like you are a part of their family. I highly recommend this dealership and Jessica is just the best. I so appreciated the way they respect and take care of our servicemen and women. It made this Navy Mom very happy.

Kylie was an amazing salesperson. She was laid-back and did not pressure us into anything. She is super knowledgeable about the products. Her, David (sales manager) and Toby (finance manager) worked with us and got us into a vehicle we love. This is not your typical car buying experience. They obviously want to make money but they dont put that above the customer's situation or needs. I highly recommend this dealership.

I don't usually do this sort of thing but I am beside myself with gratitude right now. Two Saturdays ago my Odyssey which has always been serviced and maintenanced only Williamsburg Honda began misfiring while driving on the interstate. I immediately drove it to the dealership, praying it would be something easy to fix. They called me early last week and told me that 3 of the piston rods were damaged, amounting to a repair upwards of $5k. Luckily the repair was covered by what they called and extended warranty on prominent issues with this vehicle's make, model and year. The extended warranty, which was closed last year, was reopened for a limited period of time - and extended to additional years, makes and models. While in the engine, they noticed that a coil had also been damaged - because they had record of the work being done at Williamsburg Honda, they also replaced that for free.
I have always been told not to go to dealerships because they inflate the prices and charge for things you don't need - however, I am convinced that the loyalty and willingness to keep my van serviced with them resulted in this repair being 100% covered. For me, I will always take my Hondas to Williamsburg Honda, but if you are like me and you are unsure, I wanted to share this testimonial especially since the holidays are approaching - we can use all the love, care and customer service we can get and I am beyond grateful for this.

If you are thinking about buying a car, Williamsburg Honda is where you want to do it. Vitaliy is the nicest, most honest salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I called him, told him what I wanted, what I had to work with, and the results I expected. He exceeded expectations beyond what I asked for. Williamsburg Honda doesn’t play the typical dealership games. They don’t pressure you into paying unnecessary costs or buying unnecessary add-ons. They tell it like it is. The finance manager, John, will guide you through the signing and payment process like a breeze. He explains things thoroughly and will guide you through the process like a human, not someone trying to make a buck off of you. Williamsburg Honda will have my business for years to come!

I want to share an amazing experience I had with Brian, the service director!
I had an appointment at Discount Tires in Williamsburg today for my Pilot to put 4 new tires. Unbeknownst to me was that the wheel lock was missing from my car, and couldn’t perform the tires replacement!
I called Williamsburg Honda service department for advice, and after the technician put me on hold to speak with his manager, he gets back on the phone and tells me: we will send someone to Discount Tires with a wheel lock. I was pleasantly surprised, but when the manager himself drops off the wheel tick and stays until they finish the job, that’s what renews my faith in humanity!

I took my Honda Pilot in for an oil change a while back, and during the process, they broke the cap—I'm not sure what the official term is. Instead of owning up to it, they blamed the previous oil change service for tightening the cap too much. They ended up charging me for the broken cap, leaving me with no choice since I couldn’t drive off with oil leaking everywhere. With the oil change, the total came to over $200. I felt compelled to write a review today because something similar happened to my friend's car. She went to a different dealership, and they took responsibility, fixed her car, and even lent her a loaner vehicle while they worked on it. They were genuinely apologetic and handled everything professionally. I haven’t returned to Williamsburg Honda since, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I feel like they took advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I wish I had pushed back more, but honestly, it would have been my word against theirs, and I didn’t have the expertise. Plus, as an exhausted mother juggling work and school while my husband was deployed, I just didn’t have the energy. Looking back, it really frustrates me!
