Had 2 wait 6 weeks for appt. Unacceptable. Work done there was excellent when I finally got in. They need 2 gave appts a lot sooner

I went in for my scheduled appointment to test drive a car that I was ready to buy that day. I wasn’t greeted, waited for 10 minutes for them to confirm my appointment, and another 20 minutes for them to find the car. Then it turns out that they don’t have the car whatsoever and don’t know when they’ll have it back.Don’t go to this dealership. It is disorganized and a huge waste of time. They managed to lose a guaranteed sale and completely disinterest me in buying from them in all of 30 minutes.

I purchased my first Hyundai, a 2022 Palisade. I love my vehicle, my purchase experience was great. No pressure, it was very pleasant. The issue is service. Its like pulling teeth to get a service appointment. A simple tire repair, or oil change can take days to weeks to get in. What if there is a serious warranty repair? I don't have another vehicle to use. This issue could make the great warranty, a selling point for me not worth the paper it's written on if it takes so long for service. I think I am going to look for another hyundai dealer to take my business to. Unfortunately!

Booked an appointment a month out for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The appointment took 3.5 hours because the Service Department forgot to get sign off from the person responsible for finalizing state inspections and he left for an hour lunch. When a Salesperson approached Darnell about my issue, his response was 'that's okay, he needs to eat'. My car then sat outside another 35 minutes because the Service Department forgot to tell the employee at the desk that it was ready.I always bought/leased cars and got them serviced at this location for the past 10 years but this is the last time I will be doing business with them.

Just purchased a Kona. Larry was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He wasn’t pushy, answered all my questions and made the process actually enjoyable. I’m very happy with the car and would recommend the dealership, the vehicle and def Larry to help you with the sale.

Where do I begin…..Our son moved home and he owned a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. He wanted a single man’s car so mama & I bought this one from him to help him and boy…it needed help ?Due to our sons previous situation…..The Tucson had body repairs needing completed through insurance claims, Oil change, Brakes, the interior was a nightmare & the engine light was on. As I was In the process of getting everything taken care of with this vehicle from body shops to dealerships (not being a previous Hyundai owner) ensuring it was safe and in a condition for it to be what I consider respectable for my Wife To drive, I met the service manager Kevin at Williamsburg Hyundai in Williamsburg Virginia.I spoke with Kevin and I knew right away from his interpersonal skills, his conversation, I felt comfortable that all would end well getting the repairs done. Kevin asked me to bring the vehicle in and he would have a diagnostic completed. When this was completed, It was identified that this issue was Still under warranty!!In the process of Kevin working through our hectic schedule because of the suv being in the body shop across town and time constraints, Kevin was cool as a cucumber & while taking care of all these challenges, Kevin also mentioned that their dealership also had a good reconditioning team and a gentleman named Jose, that for an additional cost, it would be made to look showroom ready.Stephanie, a member of Kevin’s team communicated each step of the way while the vehicle was in their care. We were impressed of how this team worked so well together.Well WOW, we picked up the vehicle and as a Grandfather, I had never seen such an amazing job done on the interior & exterior of a vehicle.I am such a stickler for a clean vehicle & this set a new bar for me. The mechanical repairs were completed and the truck was noticeably running the way it should as well.My wife & I were left amazed by the Diligence, The Engagement, The Quality of Customer service from Kevin, Stephanie & The pure quality of hands on efforts of the conditioning tech Jose.We have nothing but many more words of thanks, appreciation & kindness that this team, led by Kevin in the service department of how much peace of mind all this brought our family in a time that we have other mountains to climb.Customer service and teams that set the example and bar for others, in our opinion, are hard to find these days.Williamsburg Hyundai has more than earned our business moving forward.We say a Grateful thanks to Kevin, Stephanie & Jose for all you do everyday for others like our family. For 3 years we had a leased vechile with Hyundai and for 3 years they billed the co-signer for everything despite the contract being listed properly. Several calls to this location as well as cooperate and nothing was done. When they were called on it regarding this issues they didn't return calls and even threw us out the dealership. Darnell Jones and John Gorbett as well as the original sales rep who has sinceretired were called numerous times as well as emailed and they refused to help. Upom turning in the car I tried to civially mention the issues again and Darnell Jones raised his voice at me and pointed in my face said he was talking to my mom not me and that its not my business. I was cosigner and required to sign and instead he said I don't know what you are. I said excuse me sir I am a woman and my name is Mrs. Frink and I am on the lease. Tried to explain how hyuandai was billing me and he kicked me out. He was prejudice against woman and my brother even called him on it and he got loud with my brother. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. RUNAWAY

RUNAWAY FROM THIS DEALER. They take advantage of elderly women and women in general. Darnell Jones the sales manager and John Gorbett in finance dept are a joke with 0 coth or customer service. Darnell is down right horrible.. Darnell Jones raised his voice and pointed in my face said telling me to be quiet when askinh questions regarding the contract.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They will take advantage of you.

From the moment we called to schedule our annual State Car Inspection we were treated with kindness and respect. Stephanie promptly made our appointment and told us there would be no charge for the inspection. We arrive early for our appointment and were greeted by Kevin. Kevin was polite,professional and immediately processed our car for the appointment. He then told us he would bring the car over after the inspection.We waited in the main sales showroom and were greeted by (3) people with a smile as we walked by to get seated. Very nice,quite waiting area is welcoming and warm. (1) Hourly later we received our car and a thank you for coming in.This business does things the old fashion way and has earned our respect and business for life.

Our vehicle was diagnosed and scheduled to have repair done. We dropped our vehicle for the appointment and were then told that they didn’t have the part required. It seems that they could have simply called and rescheduled to save us both some time. Super frustrating.
