This business was much better when Mr. Pallister was running it. Current staff is not as friendly or helpful. They staff hangs out in the back until a customer shows up.

I went to 5 other fed ex locations before I came here. Every other store was just a drop box and was absolutely zero help. The young woman inside was more than polite and got me all set in no time at all! Phenomenal performance.
