I brought in a textbook and a prepaid media mail label. Unfortunately, my book was packaged in a priority flat rate box which resulted in me having to pay a fee since the service on the label did not match the service used. I brought this to the owner to hopefully be compensated for the fee. Despite the documents I brought, I was met with defensiveness and adamancy that the business/employee did not make this mistake. After sitting in my car upset at the situation, the owner decided to come outside and "make it right" by compensating the fee. However, this was not done without making sure I knew that they still did not make this mistake. I decided to file a dispute with usps in hopes that it was indeed a mistake on the postal office's end. The picture evidence USPS sent showed it was in fact packaged incorrectly. I am not upset at the mistake itself, but at the unkind way in which I was treated. I hope the owner and business will be more kind, honest, and helpful to customers in the future.

I went to 5 other fed ex locations before I came here. Every other store was just a drop box and was absolutely zero help. The young woman inside was more than polite and got me all set in no time at all! Phenomenal performance.

I was recently in Williamsburg, the end of August, to assist a family member who is moving. I was bestowed a wonderful piece of art that they had collected while in Egypt. I needed to ship it so I went to this place to check on shipping costs. After speaking with Dennis for awhile, I told him I was going to get a quote from UPS. He called me back and told me I could have it had delivered (just one person to pick up and deliver) and gave me a great quote. I live in Tampa. Well he told me it would be the first part of September to ship and receive it. Well it was delivered today and arrived in perfect condition. It was packed very well and I am so pleased with Dennis and his crew. I would definitely recommend them for any shipping, especially things that are unusual or require special packing. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to VA, but if I ever get up there again, I will stop in to thank them for the service and professional services they offer.

My husband and I came in to use the notary services. Mr. Pallister helped us immediately. We had multiple documents to notarize, some which needed two witnesses that we didn’t have. Mr. Pallister went to the business next door to assist us, but everyone was busy with their own customers. Mr. Pallister however, didn’t stop there. He knew we would both be really inconvenienced if we had to return to get this done. Not only us however, but our witnesses too, who would have to take out time from their day to come with us.Mr. Pallister told us his daughter would be one witness when she arrived at work shortly. Next, he saw a man he knew in the parking lot. After speaking with him, this man became our second witness. Our problem was solved.Mr. Pallister worked quickly getting signatures, addresses, etc. and we left very happy. Mr. Pallister went “above and beyond” as far as we are concerned. I will go here not only for notary services, but for all of our pack and ship services to give this man our business.If only ALL business owners or managers gave this level of customer service to their customers, they would all have five-star reviews and very satisfied customers!Thank you, Mr. Pallister once again. We appreciate everything you did that day!

Customer service is terrible. Shipped a package and person never received it. Company called my old work number and left a voicemail once. Never received and Email or letter notifying me. Happen to go into my old work place and a coworker mentions the voicemail. Called up there to see about my package and the lady was rude and claimed they’re not a storage place and it wasn’t her fault they didn’t get my new information but I know for a fact I gave it to her when shipping my package. So $97 down the drain. I will NEVER use this place again. There are serval other shipping places within 5 miles I will use.A simple apology would have went a long way.

The two stars are due to the customer service not the shipping service. The owner is rude, overly aggressive and frankly a bully. You step in, they only greet you once you have been there for quite a while.

I use Pak n Ship for all of my business shipping. Dennis has saved me money by using FedEx ground over express for my parcels.
