This property has been beautifully renovated, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a pleasant scent of white and thyme. My husband and I visited Williamsburg for the weekend, and we were pleased to find our room well-maintained, equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, a microwave, and beverage supplies. We experienced no difficulties connecting to the Wi-Fi with both of our laptops. Andrea, the counter manager, was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Overall, the service we received was excellent and the staff were very friendly. For those traveling or seeking a weekend getaway, the Wyndham is an excellent choice for accommodations and get-away.
Rooms: Room (for 2) is spacious with couch, office desk, bed, bathroom and basic amenities to accommodate your stay.
Walkability: The walkability was within “feet” of restaurants and shopping centers. Plenty of selection to choose from whether you walk or drive. The hotel is on the “main” strip.

The front staff charged me an extra night without my permission. It took them 16 days to refund me when they said it was only going to take 3. When I called to inquire, not only could the lady not locate the stay with my name, phone number, room #, OR reservation #, she said the manager was in India and if I wanted to talk to him, I had to email him. When I did, he had no problem finding my information and said I just needed to keep waiting and if i still didnt get it then i had to dispute it with my bank. There were no pending deposits so that wasn't going to help. I asked for proof of reimbursement and he sent me my receipt and a refund receipt with ANOTHER PERSONS name with the last 4 of my card number but with someone else's name, address, and phone number! This is fraud. You can't refund $ to a card with the wrong name and address. I told him this and he said " it doesnt matter if its someone elses information, if its your card nunber then if find." Wow - and why was my card # on someone elses room ? I bet they do this to so many people and it's fraud. NEVER Stay here or this just may happen to you. 5 days later I got a refund. I bet he went in and corrected it because I told him I was reporting his business.

I am glad I only stayed one night. Wasn’t in great shape, tub was pealing the coating and breaking off, wasn’t clean. From 8-10:30 kids running in the hall and banging doors, people yelling. Was right next to the desk so not sure why they didn’t stop them. Same thing happened at 5:30 AM the morning I was leaving. Beds were comfortable and they tried to make it fancy with some things but it is not a place I will stay again. Location is good.

Hotel was very clean and quite. We stayed here during Christmas week and the hotel had very few guests. Breakfast was fake scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, make your own waffles, some cereals, breads to toast, coffee, and juices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if we are ever in the area.
Rooms: Rooms are clean and well appointed. Pillows are on the thick side. If you like a thinner pillow, bring your own.

Maybe should be two stars. From the outside looking in it looks like it's being managed poorly into a downward spiral it may never escape. Corners are being cut everywhere.
From the yogurt/fruit refrigerator being completely empty on through a Saturday breakfast service... To a machine that furnishes a decidedly skimpy cup of coffee ( Think I'm Keurig if you hit the smallest cup button) ... To the hotel convenience store not having a single sugar free option for a beverage... To the pool that is far from open....... This hotel reeks of the cost cutting normally mandated by upper level management as the property circles the toilet. Probably be a new brand in charge of this property sooner rather than later.
Water pressure is low.. As in the domestic water pump booster system normally found in a five story hotel absolutely can not be functioning properly. There's water at the sink but its agonizingly slow and week. The tub is a little better, but not much.
The rooms are clean, and ok. Bedding seems to have been one of the corners that have been cut.
Staff is nice, but woefully undertrained. They are not prepared to handle issues competently. I witnessed guests come to complain that the lights on their room did not work at all. Their room was still completely dark at 11 PM, They had let the front desk know when they checked in earlier in the day and about six hours later it still hasn't been addressed.
The poor person at the desk was completely unprepared for how to handle this, and coped by first pretending she didn't understand what they were saying, and politely shrugging her shoulders while wondering what she could actually do about it.
As I said earlier, all of this reeks of a management implementing severE cost cutting measures with an undertrained, underpaid, and unprepared staff. This is just my opinion but my guess is that this location will be closed and/or rebranded very soon.

Very nice hotel! Clean, decent sized rooms. The staff were so nice and the location is in a great area with lots to do! The price was decent too. Will stay again if ever back that way! Thank you!!
Only con.. the poor elevator was not doing very well... hopefully it can be fixed very soon!

The experience was good! Staff was professional and always willing to help.
The rooms are nice and comfortable since the remodel. Also the location is close to the outlets which is a plus!
My husband and I will definitely return!

Rooms: Rooms well updated and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Great location to many restaurants.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was a limited, they ran out of items half way through service. Seemed like a full hotel.
