The entire staff have ALWAYS been kind and friendly. They pick your items, that are usually left of some type of a cart for YOU to take to your vehicle. “I took three rings and an antique pocket watch I inherited to Winchester Exchange for possible appraisals. Brandon was very helpful and professional. He actually gave me some ideas about what each would get if I wanted to sell them vs what I might get them for as scrap gold. He advised me not to waste my money at this time to get them appraised and why he said that. I very much appreciated his advice even though it cost him several hundred dollars in fees. When the time comes for me to do something with these items, I will definitely go back to Winchester Exchange.”
