Omg I love this store. The whole staff is wonderful. They went out of there way for me. They saved me $70 a month by just going paperless and I had upgrades I did t know about. Thank you!!!

I visited your store to purchase a new iPhone, the representative Blake was awesome!!! He was very patient and took the time to ensure all my content from my old phone was transferred over to my new phone. Being in customer service I know how important is to take care of the customer, I can honestly say Blake did that!! I did not know there were 2 AT&T stores in Winchester, this location will be the one I will be using for all my future phone needs. Thank you Blake, I hope to work with you again in the near future.

The man that helped us was great! I think his name was Kevin? He deserves a raise. He was amazing. He helped us and was left alone about an hour before closing. He dealt with a rude customer that came in after close very nicely. He also was ready to help out with every question we had and set us up with our phones. He did a perfect job and was amazing!

The AT&T store at Market Street Winchester VA has The Most Capable and Appropriate techs! I’ve been going there for several years, rarely have to wait, and never leave them stumped. They’re knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. What a relief in this world!!! -DH
