I was at your store and an employee by the name of Katelyn helped me. She was very knowledgeable about the phone. She was also very courteous and friendly the whole time. I’d ask for her again whenever I come back.

I can't speak any higher of the young woman, Raini for all her help and patience a few weeks back when helping me find my new phone. She's a bright, friendly salesperson. Because of the wonderful experience she provided me, I've even referred a friend of mine who works next door at Lowes to go talk to Raini to help him switch from Verizon. You have a terrific asset in her, and I'm sure anyone who's been victim to that infectious smile would be willing to agree. Thank you so very much for taking the hassle out of phone shopping.

Very helpful and patient. I went in a few times to look and ask questions about a potential upgrade. They always took time with me even when I wasn't ready to buy. Advice was very helpful in getting the best deal. When I did upgrade they took care of everything. Kaitlyn was great.

I recently made a phone purchase in which I regretted. AT&T's return policy stated that a return could be made in store, so I went to this store after work. I walked into the store at approximately 10 minutes after 7pm and was told, by the manager, that the store was closing soon and I would have to return the next day. I explained that I didn't live locally, and questioned her regarding the store hours because the store wasn't supposed to close for 50 minutes. She did agree to look into my return, however she only took about 60 seconds to look up my information and tell me I would have to contact customer service, and sent me on my way. It was obvious to me that she didn't want to deal with me. I will think carefully before I switch to AT&T for my cell phone provider, and I will never enter this store again.

My name is Robert Castro account number 418131719094. My SAMSUNG S22 Ultra stopped working. Did not allow me to access internet among other functional issues. The S22 was a refurbished model I received from the AT&T insurance.Went to AT&T Winchester Market Street for help. Although the AT&T Customer agent tried to resolve the problem, she did not seem to have an answer.I was told the S22 was eligible for an upgrade. Based on the way AT&T configures the trade (upgrade) process, I opted to pay for a new S23 Ultra with incremental payments after a deposit.I paid for the new phone. In the mist of transferring the data the customer rep had a great deal of trouble transferring the data since my phone (S22) was having problems with such things as wifi. After several hours they finished the transfer. During the data exchange process, I provided the customer rep with my access code which she wrote down. They attempted to delete the data from my old phone and did not know how. They sent me to the insurance company to assist with the deletion of my data and doing a factory reset. They were not able to do the factory reset but they had the access code and I left the store.That evening Sept. 19th I received a call from a Megan Kato (store manager) who told me I would have to return to the store the next day. She was very curt in her conversation. I arrived at the store next day Sept 20 where I was told by Ms. Kato that they could not open the phone to perform the factory reset. When I left the previous day the two customer reps had my access code. Ms. Kato then told me that since they could not open the phone with my code, I would have to return the new phone, keep the non functioning and locked phone (S22 Ultra) if not, I would have to pay over $760 dollars plus a restocking fee. This was over and above the $250+/- on a screen and a case.I tried to ask Ms Kato what happened to the access code and she basically told me she did not care how it happened but I either turned in my new phone or I would be billed $760+ I admittedly was very upset. I stated that I was not qualified to fix the broken phone, that AT&T as the service provider should have the responsibility of trying to clear the phone to which she told me that it was NOT her problem and had 14 days to make the exchange.I question how AT&T can have such an employee let alone a "manager" as a disabled vet and a minority. I was offended that I was treated in such a manner.I asked her to call AT&T corporate to try and resolve the problem to which she told me it was not her problem.I demanded for her to give me a point of contact to which she gave me gave me a number.Out of frustration, I called the 800 number and a customer service representative tried to assist. I explained the whole situation which she was very sympathetic. The Customer Rep worked with me for well over three hours and resolved the issue, she was able to open the phone and did the factory reset.My wife has been with AT&T over 10 years, I joined several years thinking AT&T more caring of their customers.While the store manager was rude, insensitive and callus to my situation.AT&T should be more aware in the behavior of their store managers.If I could cancel my AT&T account I would as I have never been treated in such a manner by someone representing such a company such as AT&T.ROBERT CASTRO

Meghan answered all of my questions politely and didn’t sugarcoat anything. (I had trouble with a recent call to customer service that she helped solve). Excellent service!

This is the best store ever. I usually try to do everything on the phone because I hate dealing with the store, but this place is different. So friendly and helpful. The manager isAwesome and knowledgeable. NowWhenever I need something I come in here, it is faster than the phone and much better customer service!!

There were three women working today, one was Darien and we do not remember the other two. But we must say… the best customer service we have ever seen. They went above and beyond for us. We will not go to any other store. It’s always stressful going to a cell store and trying to get stuff taken care of. We were there and never once had a problem!! Thank you guys!!!!

Best AT&T store in the area. They are all friendly and very helpful. It’s the store my daughter and I go too. Keep up the amazing work.
