The large male representative is appalling. I had gone in there once before to see why my iPhone 13 was glitching. He said I needed to update it and sent me on my way. The phone continued glitching so I went back. He said I needed a new phone, fine. What bothers me is the excessive and aggressive sales pushing he kept doing. It was everything under the sun including aarp, I’m in my 20’s so that’s genuinely an unnecessary expense. $300 later, the man tells me I need to pick out one of their $40 phone cases, a screen protector, and a new charging block. Totaling to another $200 with fees and what not added. I told him I didn’t want to purchase all that on top of what I was paying in addition to the new phone. He shamed me, coerced me to pick out the accessories, put them on the phone, and threw away the boxes. I feel it is entirely unacceptable for him to have done that. The economy is bad enough and now he took away any ability I had to make the choice of whether or not to keep what he made me buy once I left the store and was able to think. I will never go to this store again because I was made to feel like another dollar in this slimy man’s pocket. ??????

ATT is down. No phone service and I went to this store to get answers and customer service to get something annotated on my account for pro-rated money. We pay a service and when the service doesn't work you should be compensated. I caught attitude that they can't do anything they are just salesman. That's like going to a car dealership to buy a car and when it breaks down them saying they can't fix it. They're just salesman. How disconnected are we that we can't get face to face customer service!

Christine at this store is the best!!! I am not a fan of getting new phones It takes hours and is stressful. She was so knowledgeable (iPhone and Android) and didn’t try to force you to buy stuff you don’t want. Was in and out. Will continue to use her for any phone purchases going forward.

At&t is a awesome cell phone company, I prefer At&t over all the rest of the cell phone company's when it comes to America

We were greeted by Justin at the door at the Pleasant Valley Blvd store in Winchester, VA. He was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable - and we had lots of questions! We will be requesting him for any future needs in regard to our AT&T account.

I have utilized AT&T services for many years. Recently, I have needed to pursue answers to service questions and found JUSTIN at the Valley Avue AT&T store to be professional, sophisticated, tenacious and creditable. I believe Justin is the epitome of what an AT&T employee should be!

Cristine (check spelling) was very helpful, fast, and kind. Empathy goes a long way. I was in the store for less than 30min. I've been to other AT&T stores plenty of times for hours on end. She was able to get my phone fixed and get me out the door fast. Thank you!

I am giving 3 stars solely due to the manager, otherwise it would be 1. I replaced my hot spot puck about 5 months ago at this location, the guy that sold it to me was competent and I think did a good job, however, it would only connect 5 devices and it should connect 10. I took it back about 2 months ago and a different salesman "helped" me. This guy already had the attitude that I was disturbing him, when I explained the issue he worked very hard to be of no use whatsoever, told me to call the manufacturer. I did call, only to get a huge run around and told they don't fix that kind of issue (this is Firstnet so it's a little different). I took it back a couple days ago but brought my lawyer wife (I'm military and tend to react in a more aggressive manner where she does the "let me explain how this is going to go" manner), we happen to get the same guy...with the same attitude....and a continued willingness to be useless. He gave us the same runaround only this time we had him call the number (he did not want to do this) and he was given the run around as well. After the call we pushed and he took it to his manager Chris (good dude), apparently, it was fixable by them and Chris did so...in about 3 minutes, now it connects 20 devices. I have no idea why the first guy did not want to help or why we had to waste 15 minutes to get him to even call the number but that's how it turned out. So to the salesman, thanks for nothing, to Chris, you saved your company about 32k, my wife is working on a contract with AT&T for her customer as the service and our system works great, I only hope your district manager reads these things.

Went into the store for a pre-planned 6pm appointment on Wednesday 11/22/2023. Told associate that I wanted to buy my new phone outright, without trading my old phone. Associate tried to talk me out of it, then agreed I could do this. Went to check me out, did NOT charge me for the phone, and told me it would be on my bill. Also, the associate was not wearing a name tag and never offered up his name. Started the transfer from my old phone to new phone and very hurriedly shoed me out of the store. Transfer did NOT work and 10 minutes later I was back at the store; sales associate was nowhere to be found. No one was willing to help resolve the issue so I told them just to take the phone back. I was charged $55 for AT&T's lack of customer service! Called back in and spoke with Chris Allison who claimed to be the assistant manager. He stated he would investigate and get back to me. A week later, I reached out to him. He stated it "wouldn't happen again". This place is a joke with a serious overhaul of management and all personnel needed. Also while I was in the store, I witnessed another employee being very rude to another customer. I have never received such horrible customer service from AT&T in my life. Been a customer for over 20 years, but it might be time for a change.

Stay away from att. Its a scam. They start you off with great deals and than months later $300 for 2 lines. Its a joke. When we filed a complaint they said the employees are not trained to look at bills? Like what ? STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE they dont help at all. And offered no solutions. Now we are stuck in a 3 year contract and having to pay off the phones.

First visit I was told my trade in would be $800 when I went back they wouldn't take the trade in due to crack in camera. If the sales rep at the first visit wasn't so busy on his personal phone and in a hurry to rush me out the door, he should have inspect the phone then. Also if my data/information had transferred properly the phone would have been traded in that day!!
