Brandon was very helpful getting our GMC Yukon XL Denali. He picked us up at the airport in it. Let us test drive it anywhere and allowed us to schedule a pre-purchase exam of our choice place. Highly recommend a pre-purchase exam when buying a vehicle from anywhere! Brandon was very easy to work with! Thank you Brandon for all your help and allowing us to do what needed to be done! He went above and beyond.

Recent oil service and Dash Light warning resolved at the same visit. Was also informed by a Dealer on Rt 11 of a suspension issued which turned out not be be factual or "Misdiagnosed". Go figure. All completed in a timely manner. Now if I could just get them to wash my truck while it is in for service, they would be perfect. LOL

Everyone at Auto Impressions is Incredible!! I stopped by the other week to get an estimate for my older Chevy pickup, that had a horrible exhaust leak. Matt immediately dropped everything he was doing and came outside to check it out. He proceeded to give me two different estimates, one repairing the leak and one replacing the entire manifold. Mind you, I had gotten a previous estimate from another shop that told me they could not repair the leak and the only option would be to replace the manifold, which was going to be over double the price that Matt quoted me. Matt was straight forward and honest, which you don’t find too often these days in the automotive industry. Since the manifold wasn’t leaking or damaged, he said he’d definitely be able to repair the leak without replacing the entire manifold. I did a night drop and was called the next day before Noon, letting me know everything was completed! Let me tell you, it looks and sounds incredible! Everyone from Matt to the sweet lady at the front desk were awesome!! I just wanted to thank you all again for honesty and awesome work!! Anytime I need anything in the future, I’ll be sure to sure to call Auto Impressions!!
