“I had an amazing experience with Tisa. Car credit finance really really helped me out when I was in a tremendous financial bind and thought I had no way out. My car was towed by a predatory tow company in my neighborhood and held for an astronomical amount , Tisa and her team immediately got on it. Tisa consistently communicated with me through the entire ordeal, gave me options, was extremely patient, answered ALL of my questions and the final result was getting my car back and not only that but getting my car back completely repaired! At first I thought it was too good to be true and was skeptical about how it would go down and very stressed and nervous about everything. Because doing what they did for me is unheard of but they did it. Car credit finance/Tisa they are good people. I’m extremely thankful to them because I would have lost my car and owed thousands upon thousands of dollars. Tisa took control and turned what was a heavy heavy burden on me and turned it into me walking out of their office being able to smile and breathe again. Extremely thankful and thank you again!”

“This is a great bank!!! They are a smaller more local bank but still offer great loan and banking options. Very nice people and one of the few banks in the area that acctually acts like they like your business. I've worked with them for a few years now and unlike most other Banks, I've never had even the slightest issue with them. They always take care to make sure transactions are correct and offer some very nice commercial banking and loan options. If looking for a new bank or just an additional option, I would highly suggest them and am sure you will feel the same.”

“I am shocked at the low ratings for this Truist branch. We had a GREAT experience! My husband and I were there yesterday (10/16/2025). We had to meet with a banker to do a simple transaction. We actually were at a different branch about 10 minutes away that didn't have an available banker to assist us. (Did we get upset and write a bad review...of course not!) We called this branch and spoke with Maleeha. She assured us that she could take care of us quickly. So, we drove 10 minutes to that location and were greeted with a very clean parking lot, super friendly staff, and a clean lobby. Maleeha saw us walk in (we've never met, so she was clearly keeping an eye out for us) and said she'd be right there. She had a customer in her office that she was finishing up with. We waited approximately 2 minutes. She came out and invited us into her office. Maleeha is outstanding!! It's clear why she's a Senior Relationship Banker. We were under a time crunch with my husband having an appointment in the next 15 minutes. She took care of us quickly and even had us laughing through the transaction. Great personality!! She is what great customer service is all about. My husband and I walked out of the bank and looked at one another...we both said the same thing...wow she's good! We will HAPPILY visit this Truist branch location any day. Thank you Maleeha, you made our day and my husband wasn't late for his other appointment!”
