The walk-in shower is beautiful that bath Fitters installed and the young man Graham Henry was so helpful in explaining everything that had to be done and how everything operated. He was Very conscientious of cleaning up everything and making my life a whole lot easier.

This was a warranty repair and was done expertly and quickly. David Chapman was the technician and he worked diligently and quietly and left the bathroom and shower as clean as when he arrived. Bath Fitter delivers on its promise and I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

I will start off by saying this review has nothing to do with the salesman or installer, Carlos and Josh were both incredible at what they do and did everything we asked for. The office however ruined the entire experience, from arguing with me about leaving a key under my doormat for them to let themselves in with no one home even after I explained I have animals in the house and that NO ONE would be let into my house unsupervised (the gentleman said that it was ok cause they did it all the time), changing appointment days without calling to ask and me only finding out the day before when they call to confirm an appointment that wasn’t scheduled, to not placing the order for the doors needed to finish my shower for a month and making my wife and I go nearly 2 months without our master bath. You would think for the 17k we paid them that they would’ve been more willing to work with our schedules and more interested in providing an experience that doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth after it’s complete. But again a big thank you goes out to Carlos and Josh for both of them being so great, hopefully the office personnel can get it together so it doesn’t effect the guys in the field in the future.

This is the third job I am with Bath Fitter. The first two were fantastic, but this one is a little shaky so far. It has a major leak the first time I used it, damaged the ceiling under. I need wait another 4-5 weeks for repair and I have take another two days off for that. Not a happy situation. Very disappointed.

The end result was very nice and more than we expected. The installer was very efficient and completed both bathrooms in a timely fashion. He was friendly, informative and extremely professional. You should be proud to have him as an expert and reliable employee.

Step 1: Robert came to my house and he is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and all around great guy, step 2: installation: Adam is amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure he took care of my house and did the most amazing job installing my shower, I will recommend Bathfitters to all of my family, friends, and associates, great job and I will be a customer that definitely will come back.
